It's bad enough that your car was picked up because I had car problems then not knowing who picked it up! The frustration of it all but then having to deal with the hateful clerk when I finally arrived at the office just made matters worse, not a pleasant experience at all. Ok so the owner just addressed the wrong issue how could I have seen the notice posted on my car if the car had already been taken. My issue with it all which you did not address are the hateful, rude clerks, did they get a notice on their desk for their reckless behavior!!!!!!!!
Took about 30 min to arrive. Called 15 min prior and arrived when he said he would! Fast,easy, and great service!
My sister was in need of a tow & called me. As a result Jon towed her vehicle & she rode as a passenger. I was stressed because she was in distress. However, when I met the two at the drop off point, I was so relieved because she praised Jon so highly! Thank you Action & especially Jon for taking care of my family member!
