THE BEST heavy-duty towing company in all of TEXAS. Our semi broke down (emissions problem) 20 miles west of Odessa, TX and "Poseidon" came to our rescue. Driver Derrick Nichols (Red) he went WAY ABOVE and BEYOND to get our rig and trailer SAFELY to Volvo and AND he delivered us, our pets (pitbull and a black cat), and our belongings to our hotel. FOREVER GREATFUL to him for EVERYTHING he did and didnt have to do.
The driver RED CAME OUT TODAY AND TOW MY 2025 W990 KENWORTH TO MHC AFTER THE BATTERYS CAUGHT FIRE HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND SUPER NICE FELLOW EVEN TOOK ME TO A HOTEL AND MADE SURE I HAD A ROOM BEFORE HE LEFT IF EVER IN THIS AREA AGAIN AND NEED A TOW FOR SURE WILL CALL HIM AGAIN
Not Great! I did not know they will cancel a tow because they found something better and closer to the city. I am out about 45 miles out from the city and they accepted my tow, then decided to cancel. After sitting for more than 3 hours I called my fleet provider and found out they canceled. They (Eaton towing) could have called immediately to let us know so we could find a better and reliable towing service. I hope to never have to use their services! Update, I’m having Bison Towing come and tow my vehicle right away. Eaton, you lost a big oil field companies business.
Great staff from dispatch to operators, professional, timely, and always get the job done. The Permian isn’t for the weak and these guys are some tough ones! Recommended for towing your car to your crane, Eaton will get it done and get it done right!

Had a driver hit a herd of black cattle on I-20 at 8pm in Stanton TX and Eaton towing had to come out. Tow companies usually get a bad reputation but my experience with RED from the 1st minute of being on site to hook up and tow my truck to his yard up to getting the truck repaired and back on the road was phenomenal. 1000% recommend that if you are in the midland Texas area and need towing services you call EATON TOWING.
If i could give them zero stars i would! Horrible company. Bad towing jobs. Let's just say, they treat their employees horrible and has absolutely no respect for them or their customers.
I had one of the best experiences with Eaton towing coming out to help pull my truck out the mud. Nick was dispatched out to help me out south of pecos tx and I couldn’t have had a better tow truck driver. Nick was very respectful and kind. I’d refer him to anybody I know!!
I called to inquire if my vehicle was in this lot after my vehicle was towed without notice. I was told by the guy on the phone that he has no clue where my car was. which was the first thing out of his mouth after i only said the color of my vehicle and was unwilling to take information about my vehicle to further assist. Unprofessional and disrespectful. I would give zero stars to this garbage company if able

Kai towed my car which was totaled. The next day I went to retrieve some items from my vehicle he was 100% professional. He even helped me get my things from my vehicle. He was respectful and knowledgeable. This is bat far Midlands best! I recommend them 100%. Kai is the top professional in his league.

My 16-ft Budget rental truck broke down past midnight passing through cold and windy Midland,TX. Remington was dispatched to help tow the disabled truck. When he arrived he asked me if I was OK. He then loaded the truck on his flatbed and took me to the hotel where I spent an unplanned night. Remington did an amazing job loading the truck and taking me to a safe place. Great service! Dispatch is always friendly (even at 3am) and on time . The drivers Josh and Red stay prepared for anything and have a great personality.
The employees at Eaton were so professional and on time with helping get my car back on the road. The tow driver (I think his name was Josh) couldn't have been nicer. Totally put my mind at ease with being stranded on the roadside.

I was renting a UHUAL for my sister to use and she got arrested with the vehicle. The truck got impounded with eaton towing. I showed up to get the vehicle, the contract of rental was in the uhual. Which they didn't let me search. I then show up with a image of my contract and they didn't accept it. So I get a copy of the contract from the owner Cruz from Al's. They then barely tell me upon arrival that UHUAL is coming to claim the truck. They touched my mom's car door and recorded her and the man had the nerve to almost tell my mom to shut up. Worst service I have ever received. They are beyond rude and I have never wanted to hurt a man more in my life. They absolutely disrespected my mother beyond a doubt.
Customer service needs improvement. Very unethical and abusive authority. Dispatcher called truck drivers trash. Called a day before to get the business hours I was told one thing. Went in the next day I was told they closed 4hours earlier. Called again to clarify the hours and lady hung up on me. Her tone was rude. She said she didn't even have to be open and threatened to keep my equipment hostage for as long as she wants. If I ever need a towe I won't ever use this place. They just lost business from my huge fleet. Their loss.

Had a blown radiator hose on my motorhome this summer. After AAA dispatched a tow truck that was too small to tow my motorhome. I decided to call Eaton towing and give them my business. Eaton's had an operator at my motorhome in 25 minutes. Very nice clean shaven gentleman. After he was finished hooking up to my motorhome he offered me a water and some little Debbie snacks. Over all great experience and nice trucks will call again.
