I had never been here before last week but will absolutely be returning. Christian Brothers helped me get a resolution for my vehicle that had dangerously old brakes, and sounded like a rubber duck convention every time I slowed down, when I was only originally there for an oil change. 11/10 would recommend.

I will be returning for my car needs and recommending to friends! As a college student, I have had very predatory experiences with other automotive places. Not once did I feel that here. They were professional, respectful and I felt safe to talk about options, my problems with my car, and ride with there driver. I did not feel pressured to buy or fix something one time and they were understanding of my financial limitations. If your daughter is a Baylor student and needs car help, I would 100% send her here (guys too :)). PS the service I got was an entire headlight assembly replacement.

Being out of town at the time, I had brought my car to the dealership to have a premature Ignition coil replaced; a coil that Christian Brothers Automotive had installed. The dealer informed, showed, and gave me the failed coil; which the dealer's service manager described as "a failure that's only seen on 10 year old ignition coils". With the service documentation provided by the dealership, I had only asked Christan Brothers Automotive to check their previous work on the remaining 5 coils which are still under the "warranty" Christian Brothers Automotive offered. However, Christian Brothers Automotive ended up declined to check the parts that they've installed. Another awful experience I've had with Christian Brothers Automotive on top of previous ones. This time not offering to pay for the premature failure on a coil they've installed despite the part still being under warranty, not accepting to check their service on the remaining 5 coils, and not even looking at the damage report provided by the dealership.

My wife took her car to this shop to fix the AC, and what followed was a masterclass in incompetence and price-gouging. They slapped us with a $1,200 bill for the initial "repair"—steep, but we figured, "Fine, they have decent reviews, just get it done right." Wrong. After picking up the car, deemed "ready to go," she drove it for a measly 30 minutes before smoke started pouring out—something it had *never* done before. We hauled it back (because, graciously, they didn’t charge us to fix their own screw-up). Their solution? Another $2,500 to "fix" it again, with a laughable $300 "discount." Are you kidding me? That included $700 for an AC compressor—retailing for $481.18 as of 4/25/25—because apparently, they think we’re idiots who’ll pay a 50% markup for their mistakes. For context, I had the entire AC system serviced and both compressors replaced just 12 months ago. Christian Auto Brothers (CAB) replaced a hose rubbing on the radiator fan, and refilled the AC for $1,200 total. It ran perfectly until this shop’s "repair" caused a brand-new compressor to, what, spontaneously combust? Give me a break. This place operates like a scam. They’ll "fix" your car, but if their shoddy work fails—and ours did in 30 minutes flat—it’s somehow *your* problem. No refunds, no accountability. Imagine getting a $20 tire patch (plus labor for a $1 part), driving 30 minutes, and finding your tire flat again. Maybe it’s a new nail, maybe they botched the job—who knows? Now picture that tire *catching fire*, and when you limp back to the shop, they offer to replace everything they broke for a 150% markup with a pathetic $300 discount. That’s this shop’s business model: screw up, charge more, repeat. Save your money and your sanity—go anywhere else.

I just urge you to use caution using Christian brothers. I chose them to take my Nissan to because they had good reviews. They charged $160 to look at my car. Advised a few things I knew of. Told me my battery was the reason for acceleration issues. Asked them to look into a noise. They quoted me two pages and $4k worth of repairs. I went to get my oil changed, two new tires, and a new battery which Walmart installed for free. I spent roughly $350. I took my car to Nissan and they charged $0 to look at my car and said only one more of the things from the pages worth was actually wrong with my car and covered under powertrain warranty. I get dealerships can be fairly expensive. But in my experience here, I saved over $3500 by using Walmart and the dealership. I’m not gonna outright say this place was trying to take advantage of my wallet but it sure seems to be leaning that way.

I am a " bargain hunter" when it comes to my vehicle. I am always looking for a cheap deal, and in the past, I have suffered because the quality wasn't always there. I can say with all honesty that CBA-Woodway was the best quality work I ever had done on my vehicle. That includes the large well, well-known local dealership service department for my vehicle. Everyone was very professional and thorough. The cost of the services was a little more expensive than what I am used to paying, but the quality was very good. I am thinking about using them from now on for major work.

I’ve always had great service and help at CB in Woodway. They are efficient and thorough, and treat you with respect. The work is done well, and as quickly as possible. My only issue is that they seem a little high on their prices, but good automotive work is in high demand. I do recommend them.

Honest people with a quick turn around on my truck. Brought in my tundra for struts brakes and an ABS sensor. They got it taken care of within 24 hours. Night and day difference driving it. Will be returning for any mechanic needs.

Christian Brothers was so helpful and professional! We travel for a living, and we lost our headlights. In just a day of calling, they fully diagnosed everything that needs fixing on our Tahoe. They gave us an itemized list of everything, with it all labeled of importance. They knew I was on a time crunch, so they got me in and out in a timely manner. They offer paying on line through a link, which was super easy. They also offer a shuttle bus, which is a great accommodation. The wait was short, and while waiting on the shuttle, the office offered comfortable seating and candy/drinks. I’m just so thoroughly impressed with this business. I wasn’t in Waco long, but if I were ever in the area and in a pinch, I know exactly where I’ll be headed!

I just wanted to give a shout out to Christian Brothers for their professionalism and communication. I was notified when my car arrived as it was towed there. I was given detailed reports regarding work that needed to be done. Sadly it turned out to be warranty work so I had to take the car to the dealership. This is how a business is suppose to run. I will definitely use these folks again when my car requires maintenance or service

Traveling home from work, and had to have my 2015 Yukon Denali towed to Christian Brothers. We got there at close of business hrs, they were kind and patient. They even gave us a ride to a nearby hotel. We were told they would try to get me back on the road by noon the next day, sure enough by 9:00am they find the problem, sent me the pictures of the problem, and an estimate (broken head value spring) and by noon I was back on the road home to Oklahoma. Great customer service, they were kind and fast!! I would definitely recommend!

I was looking for a place to get my cars serviced instead of driving way to Dallas I was actually admiring a man's BMW( I LOVE ADMIRING WELL KEPT CARS) so I started conversation with this man about his. I explained how it was hard to find affordable services for My Maserati Quattroporte when he explain that they do work on my brand I stated I would come to get it done there and I had a Jaguar as well. He offed me a great insensitive to come soon. I found out that he was an Owner. He blessed my family with this promotion that they were having on a free oil change I got other services as well but that blessing was a GOD SENT thank you and GOD BLESS YOUR PROSPERITY

I moved to Texas and within 2 months I had to visit CB automotive three times. Both experiences have been phenomenal. They really value their customers and prove that by doing a thorough analysis of your vehicle every time.

I am a Christian Brothers customer in San Antonio TX, I have always gotten great customer service. So when we broke down in Waco I was excited that there was one close by. We received the same great service and repair work that we've come to enjoy and trust. I had a brake problem that occurred suddenly. I called to see if my vehicle could be seen and the man who answered told me to be very careful driving it in. I really appreciated that but I had already called to have it towed in. They quickly diagnosed the problem and texted me an estimate to approve. Over the weekend I decided I wanted more work done and texted asking about it. By 0730 Monday morning they had sent me another estimate and my car was ready by 1600. They are a little more expensive but you get what you pay for (speed of service, quality work, honesty, integrity and kindness.)

Never again! I've never taken my vehicle to a shop and had them not do what I asked them to work on, unless they saw something that showed it wasn't the issue. But to have this place charge me $150 for a diagnostic I never asked for is unreal. Telling me my alignment was out and it pulled heavy to one side....nope I drive it daily and it does not pull to any side. And claimed two serious leaks....I have zero stains in my driveway where I park, so where are those serious leaks draining off to? Highway robbery. So none the less I figured I would surrender the $150 before they put a lien on my vehicle. I asked three times why I had to pay for what I didn't ask for and they stood around watching as the kid said it's mandatory they do the diagnostic. Beware of that before you go in. At least I have before pics to use. I know times are tough and taking advantage of ppl like that is just sickening. Some are on limited incomes. Shameful.

I took my 2016 Corvette to Christian Brothers to diagnose and repair two issues with my car. The employees were friendly and the mechanic was knowledgable and kept in communication with me throughout the process. They also worked with my car warranty company to get part of the cost covered, and the work was finished quicker than I expected. I am extremely happy with the service I received. I will be returning!

In Perfect honesty, I tend to find a local garage before I go with a large franchise / chain for car care. But at the end of the day, CB came through today, they diagnosed the issue and got me taken care of when i was on a time crunch and no one else was available. So KUDOS Christian Brothers, you exceeded my expectations, and you’ve given me a good reason to come back!

Went here for a second opinion and they charged $800 less for the same issue. So I got all my major repairs done here until I left Waco - struts, brakes, leaks, tires. They're happy to explain issues so that a layperson can understand and make an informed decision. Their shuttle service is also extremely helpful.

Needed the ABS fixed on my pickup. Made an appointment, dropped the truck off first thing on my appointment day. Free shuttle took me to work and picked me up when the truck was ready. Had the estimate in less than an hour from the drop off time and was able to approve and see the cost right then. The bill came out to exactly the estimate, no surprises and truck was fixed the same day and they were able to do my state inspection at the same time. They even aired up my tire to turn the TPMS light off at no charge. Super easy and seamless. Highly recommend and will use them again. Great folks, very nice. Thanks guys for a great service experience.

I took my car in to get an oil change and to have them diagnose and rough idle issue. They were very quick at finding the cause of the rough idle, which was caused by a collapsed engine mount, and gave me an estimate all through text messages. They also said they could have it fixed that same day. I found out that the issue was covered actually through my dealerships warranty and decided to let the dealership repair the issue. The dealership told me it would be 7-10 days before they could do repairs and it would also be in the shop for 2-3 days. They also stated that a loaner car wouldn’t be available so basically I would have to pay for 3 days of a rental car plus a deductible to have the engine mount replaced. The price of rental fees and the deductible was similar to my original estimate so I decided to let Christian Brothers repair my car instead. Bill is outstanding and was very quick to get me scheduled for that service and even offered me a small discount. They even took me to work after I dropped off my car and offered to pick me back up when repairs were finished. The treatment I received from Christian Brothers compared to the dealership was night and day difference. I could tell that they actually care about their customers. If your looking for a professional automotive shop with excellent customer service and fast/reliable repairs, then Christian Brothers is the way to go!

I had a very pleasant experience with Christian Brothers. It was my first time getting my car serviced by them. I had to drop my car off after hours and Javier called me first thing in the morning to let me know they had everything they needed. He also kept me up to date throughout the day. He was very well mannered and constantly had a smile on his face. I truly appreciate the convenience and how painless the experience was!

We began using Christian Brothers 5 years ago for vehicle inspections when we moved to Texas. We were impressed with their kindness and service so we continued using them. Excellent customer service and they stand behind their work. We had a few big repairs and we appreciated their honesty and loyalty. We would recommend them to anyone.

This is my first time to use Christian Bros. Automotive. The outside is very neat and clean. When I opened the office door, nice cool, clean, comfortable atmosphere. I was immediately greeted with a smile and how can I help from Carlos. He was thorough and listened carefully in getting my side of the story about how my car is acting. He said not to worry they will be checking out what my car is telling them is the problem, then get back to me, discuss what issues came up, and we will discuss the best solution for us (my car and I) both. What I determined is they have the latest technology and highly trained mechanics with the ability to make this a timely and accurate examination. Their examination was documented with pictures and forwarded to me so I could see to what extent my car was in trouble. In addition, their technician performed a complete complementary examination of all my car's system, no charge. Bill and I discussed what happened to cause the issues my car was experiencing. We discussed the cost, time involved to get her back on her wheels again plus other items that needed attention sometime in the future. No pressure to get these done now. Considering their courtesy to me, their environment, the cleanliness of their office, stalls, parking lot, grounds in general, Carlos and Bill's shining smiles, time involved, and what I believe is a fair price, I'd definitely say use Christian Bros Automotive.
