I used your wrecker service the day before Thanksgiving and I am writing this email, not to complain, just the opposite. The young man that went out of his way to help me, my daughter and my little dog get to my mom's in Waco was wonderful. (Jacob was his name, I hope that is his name, young 26 year old cowboy, clean cut, great manners) Not only was he professional, but oh so much more. He dropped a guy off that he was training in order to be able to fit me, my daughter and my little dog in the cab with him. I just thought you should know, and I'm sure you do, how hard it is to find really good workers but somehow you found an exceptional young man. He spoke highly of your company and how began working for you. He knew the area, we laughed because when he received the address he simply said, Oh, she lives behind the HEB. Yep. I just thought you should know the impact Jacob made on an irritated driver who lost her keys and was stranded at Slovacek's. I will write a great review on swoop as well. Excellent experience. We were from out of town so found them here on Google Maps. Glad we did! Shannon was so helpful over the phone getting us set up for the tow. Friendly and efficient. And even when they ran behind a little, she kept me appraised of their timing. I was able to leave the car, and Joe took of everything. They got it where it needed to go without any issues. Absolutely the best in Waco! My wife had issues with car in Waxahachie on a weekend. Was willing to go get her. She ended up getting car started and I called back to tell Shannon she got it started. I had a flat tire, and my insurance company called Gritten. They quickly sent Ricky, who changed my tire to my spare on Memorial Day. He answered my many questions and showed me what he was doing. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. I even called before they came out and spoke with a nice lady at the business, who helped me understand that sending a wrecker did not mean they were going to tow my car! She explained that he would simply help me change the tire. I had nothing but a very positive experience! I cannot recommend Gritten highly enough!

The service was great, everything I expected to happen. My insurance contacted Gritten, then I received a text from Gritten with the contact info. They arrived even ahead of estimated time to give a jump. The driver was very polite and efficient, he called because the insurance gave a slightly wrong address. Gave the jump, got his info he needed then left while telling me " God bless". I'm happy with the service provided today.

Ricky Telfer was so amazing!! My tired popped on the left side shoulder of the highway during traffic hour, he was prompt with the pick up time and without hesitation insured other vehicles moved over so myself and 2 kids could safely get into the truck!!! Edit: a year later, Ricky is great still! Had another tow and he was there nearly instantly and kept in great communication. Original review: Ricky is awesome. Worked harder than required to ensure there was no damage to my car when it towed it, by getting it running just long enough to turn it around instead of having to drag it out of my driveway. He even took a minute to let me know what appears to be wrong with the vehicle so I could expect what to hear from the mechanic. Absolutely would recommend these people without hesitation.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a tow company! My husband and I got a flat tire on our drive through Waco. Through our insurance company, Gritten Wrecker Service was contacted to provide us with a tow. Big shoutout to Ricky! He showed up quickly, beating the quoted time significantly and had our car on the tow bed within a matter of minutes. TOP NOTCH!! I needed a tow, and both companies that were within a 2 mile radius couldn't get to me in a timely manner. Called Gritten (5 miles away) and they were picking up my truck in less time than it took me to make the call. The price was more than reasonable, response time was impeccable, and customer service was over the top!! I highly recommend giving them a shot at winning over your business!
