This company refused to pick up my vehicle and didn't provide any valid explanation. Simply gave me a BS 'politically correct' non-answer.
The service was great, everything I expected to happen. My insurance contacted Gritten, then I received a text from Gritten with the contact info. They arrived even ahead of estimated time to give a jump. The driver was very polite and efficient, he called because the insurance gave a slightly wrong address. Gave the jump, got his info he needed then left while telling me " God bless". I'm happy with the service provided today.
