You expect helpful and knowledgeable people at Autozone. But the people at the Autozone on Hewitt Drive take it to another level. I cannot express how helpful they were when I needed it. I highly recommend this business.

Flat out ignored.Two days in a row.. tried to pick up items for the car during my lunch break. One guy helping a customer..the other ... seemed to not care. So, I left. They obviously didn't want my business.

Shout out to Mark L for helping me purchasing and installing a new battery for my Toyota Tundra! After a very unpleasant experience at our local Wal Mart, I was informed after one-and-a-half-hour wait that they were out of any batteries that would fit my truck after being told beforehand they had it in stock. Again, great job Mark L, very pleasant experience doing business with you.

Had an urgent matter today needing a new battery and what was a stressful situation turned out to be the most easiest, smoothest process of all! Mark was so kind and so willing to help and as someone who works in customer service it’s rare to find someone so passionate about helping others. But this was Mark! I couldn’t be more thankful for his help today with all my questions !!

I usually don’t leave reviews but today I was extremely impressed with my service. Randy was so helpful, patient, and provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I needed wipers for my front windshield and back. He helped me find the exact ones I needed. He also changed out my key fob battery, and replaced all my wipers for me. They were very busy and only him and one other employee were on duty. He had me all taken care of and out the door within 10 minutes. I will recommend this place to anyone that needs assistance with their car parts. Wonderful service!

The team here are awesome, Im sorry for forgetting his name and it sucks because he helped me the most but he really went above and beyond. Black guy reminds me of my uncle. But everyone here a raise because they more then deserve it.

AutoZone always comes through with parts, but the staff talks to you like you just interrupted their top-secret mission. Helpful? Yes. Friendly? Only if you’re in and out in under 30 seconds! But the employees? Man, they answer your question like they’re racing the clock! You ask where the oil filters are and suddenly feel like you’re being escorted out of a VIP club. Chill guys

I bought the wrong battery terminal part, put it on in the parking lot, borrowed their loaner tools, the tools SUCKED!!! The employees were so cool though it didn't matter. I returned the wrong part bought the right one that would reach. Gave them back their horrible tools and thanked them because I didn't have any tools at all with me. Pablo was smart cool and helpful. Totally could tell he liked his job. The cable was $18, the service was great, the loaner tools were old. Five stars.

Randy was great. Replaced battery and terminal. Ran a battery test, alternator test and starter test. Got me priced for a new alternator and Helped me get back to my fishing hole in less than 30 min.

I have been a long customer of AutoZone. AutoZone has a customer service approach and follow through that competitors can only dream about. Earlier this week I needed headlight bulbs and windshield wipers for my Chrysler. Shane had a very advanced knowledge about vehicles. He offered to install both wipers and headlights. It took him 5 minutes. I'm so glad he did because of the fact that I have been needing headlights every year and install them myself. Shane made sure the headlights were installed correctly so hopefully I won't need them so soon. I am so thankful to Shane and his professional demeanor. AutoZone should be proud to have him as a high quality employee. Shane brings this company enormous value to its customers. Thank you!

The folks here were very nice and helpful. While traveling across the country I had a check engine light come on in my motorhome. I stopped in and asked if someone could attach a code reader so I could determine what exactly was causing the alert to come on. They were more than willing to come out to the parking lot and do this. As it turned out, I needed a new ignition coil for cylinder #2. I easily installed a new one that I purchased from AutoZone. We are now enjoying a trouble-free trip thanks to the great people at AutoZone.

The employees here (Michelle and Joe) are more than helpful. I needed a battery for my car and Joe was willing to help me install. Ok, install it for me. Bad news though because my air filter had to come out and in the way of taking the old battery out so he couldn't get it done. He really tried though and I really appreciate that more than anything. Dang Ford Escape!

I just left this store and a manger named Michele was extremely rude to me. She raised her voice and talked to me like I was a second class citizen. I asked for someone else to help me and she continued being disrespectful towards me in front of other customers. I never raised my voice or called her out of her name. But she continued being aggressive and angry towards me when all I wanted was to know what was going on with my battery…. Randy was great. He apologized for her and helped me out tremendously.

Randy is awesome! We went to the store to look for a brake pedal stop pad, but they didn’t have it. Randy went above and beyond to help us by calling the dealership to see if they had it there. Very nice and friendly staff!!

Pretty good store and helpful staff. I didn’t know why my saftey sensors malfunctioned, but the staff here suggested a very helpful opinion that could cause this issue, and low and behold he was absolutely spot on right and helped me purchase a replacement ABS Sensor. I was very impressed!!

Best service I have ever had at an Autozone! I was coming back from visiting family and my battery died. Had to get a replacement. The whole crew there did a great job of testing and getting the battery out quick and replaced. I want to give a huge shoutout to Quen. He helped pull out my battery and install a new one with speed and excellence! Huge thank you!

Let me start off with saying this post is well over due. I moved here last year and I live near this autozone. When I say I've always had so much help anytime I walked in, and I've never had a problem with any of the workers. Today alone, Randy made me realize how helpful and extremely nice they are. He made a stressful moment just melt away with all of his help. And if I couldn't give him a tip for all of his help, then he deserves this review. I will always recommend people to this autozone, and to see if Randy is at work to help you.

Randy provided outstanding customer service today to help me with a few issues. He cleaned the battery for me and checked it twice for reassurance that the battery was in working order. He also noticed my antifreeze was low, so he helped find the correct antifreeze and filled it for me. He also gave me a few pointers on other minor issues he noticed that needed to he addressed at some point in the future. I sincerely appreciate the time and attention to detail he provided. Randy was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and completely went above and beyond to help me today. I highly recommend this Auto Zone and their staff, and will definitely return for any car needs in the future!

FANTASTIC SERVICE!! About a week ago I needed to replace my battery as my vehicle was totally dead until I jumped it with our second vehicle. i didn't make it to the Hewitt store until about 8:50pm right before closing time. They checked my battery and though it tested good, I decided to replace it anyway since this was the 3rd time in a few weeks that the vehicle would not start. I was discussing how to get the battery installed and eventhough it was now already 9pm and closing time, Zach (Zack) spoke right up and said "Ill install it for you right now" and he did. The vehicle has run great since and it was such a blessing to have the vehicle ready to go that night and prepped for the family the next morning. Good customer service seems pretty scarce these days. When you encounter GREAT customer service, you can't let it go unnoticed. Both the guy that checked me out (can't remember his name) and Zach were so professional and helpful, and I really appreciate the much needed help with installing the battery. Thanks so much.
