Cunningham Brothers did an excellent job on my vehicle. They were honest, upfront about pricing, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The repair was completed on time and my transmission is running smooth now. I appreciate their professionalism and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing transmission or auto repair work.

I 110% recommend Cunningham Transmission! I was traveling from CSTAT to DFW airport when a scary transmission warning popped up while going 80 mph in the middle of nowhere. I somehow made it a few more miles to Waco & stumbled upon Cunningham. A very stressful situation turned out perfectly bec of Ezra! Two girls walk into his shop —without an appt, totally panicked— & he was so calm, patient, accommodating & a quick problem solver. Ezra was incredible! I basically ditched my car, caught an uber & barely made my flight, while Ezra spoke to my husband over the phone & even coordinated with my local shop who had recently worked on my transmission. Ezra went above & beyond. He even met my husband after hours to pick up my repaired vehicle! He worked on my transmission & had it ready much quicker than we expected. His kindness, professionalism & problem-solving turned a nightmare into an amazing experience. If I EVER have transmission troubles or questions or anything, I will drive all the way back to Cunningham in Waco. Ezra is exceptional & I truly can’t thank him enough!

I had a rough start to begin my experience at this repair facility, because I feel the work was a little over priced, but after careful consideration we came to an agreement. The issue was the charge for the diagnostic with the repair being done. I let them know no repair shop I have ever been to add the diagnostic in with the cost of repair. So that’s why I gave them the three stars.
Cunningham Brothers installed a new transmission and radiator in my 2006 Nissan Xterra. My vehicle runs like new now! This was a big job. The repairs were done in a timely manner and at a fair price. Their employees we're friendly and knowledgeable.
I had a great experience. From communication to getting my vehicle back on the road, Ezra and Simeon were very thorough and addressed all my questions quickly. Their work came with a warranty that gives me a piece of mind in case I have any issues. I will use them again and would recommend for any vehicle work especially transmissions.

Lifesavers!!!! We were traveling on vacation from Waco back home to Kentucky when our vehicle broke down. We found them on google and was able to get to their garage. They got us in and fixed and back on the road Fast and did not take advantage of us being on vacation! The staff is SUPER friendly also! Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!
I loved my experience! My warranty thru my dealership sent me here and they were very friendly and at drop off they helped get me home. They also worked with me on when I could pick it up. I immediately could tell my vehicle was running better. :)
Yes I drive from Dallas spend a day in Waco when my truck needs to be serviced! I found this company when my transmission went down 3 years while working in WACO. AAA recommended them and I been hooked every since. They are direct and to the point, now that they have a service that will set up payment arrangements for big ticket repairs, its a game changer. $125 for a full diagnostic bumper to bumper is a steal.
Excellent work. Quick turn around. Accommodating staff. Transmission went in to “limp” mode. Only effective way to remedy it was a used transmission. Total bill was $4,650, which was hurtful. However, no one else in Waco would even talk about working on it, and Infiniti quoted $13k.
I am extremely pleased with Cunningham Brothers. They had my truck for 3.5 days, for a complete transmission rebuild. The warranty on the transmission is unbelievably good. Very friendly and informative staff. If your in Waco, and need automotive work done in a professional and speedy manner. I highly recommend Cunningham Brothers.
Trustworthy! This is a business with great integrity that I cannot recommend highly enough. My car's engine splash shield fell and was hanging beneath my car. I thought it had cracked and/or become corroded and would need to be replaced because that happened many years ago to my previous vehicle. Yesterday I took my car to Cunningham Brothers, dreading how long it may take if they had to order the part and the cost. Andrew took a look at it and was so kind and HONEST. Not only did he say the splash shield was fine (a bolt holding it had come loose and fell out), but he replaced the bolt and put everything back together -- FREE OF CHARGE. These guys are great! Very happy with the work performed and excellent customer service. Ezra and his team are competent mechanics and make sure each customer feels served and taken care of in a timely way. Their office guy Simeon… well, he’s an entertaining character but does a great job as well…:-)
They did an outstanding job on repairing our car. Where everyone else said it was going to cost thousands to fix they were honest and thorough and found the problem and saved us a lot of money. It's hard to find an honest business anymore but with Cunningham Brothers you can be at ease and know the repairs are going to be done right.
I have a 2016 Chevrolet Suburban and I have a lot of options for service but the Cunningham Brothers are always my first call. They offer quality and very professional service at a fair price and they have my highest recommendation for any and all issues (including transmission) that I sometimes have with my vehicle. Call them first if you have a problem.
We have an older Mustang that has been in the family for many years. This shop has gone above and beyond with their service! They understand how much this car means to us and take very good care of it when it's in their hands. We had the transmission repaired, and wiring issues resolved (which was no small issue considering they had to tediously search for the problem) and yet they never took advantage of me financially. They do honest work for an honest price. Would recommend 100%! We won't use a different shop.
These guys did an awesome job on my car. This is the second time I have used Cunningham brothers for a vehicle repair. They took a totally botched job from another shop and made everything right again. Don't be afraid to send high performance cars/trucks here. They work on everything and their quality of work is top notch. Lets put their quality this way. I hauled my car all the way from Fort Worth down to these guys. Just for the fact that I knew Ezra and William would take good care of it, like it was their own. I fully plan to have upgrades to other transmissions done here. Awesome work from a family owned business.
