I had a blow out headed the Dallas… had my 76 yoa mother and young granddaughter with me… Dustin is who came out to help us and the service was excellent. He got to us so quickly which mattered because the sun was already setting. He was compassionate, patient, so knowledgeable and helpful. He went out of his way and above and beyond what most people would do to make sure we were taken care of. but most of all that we were safe. Not only did he follow us most of the way back.. he text me to make sure we made it home safe! Will be sharing this with everyone I know and recommending this company and wonderful man that helped us.
Hope management sees this review and does something to one of their drivers driving recklessly down moonlight drive this morning. Going at least 90 in a 60, tailgating, excessively flashing lights at other drivers. Very unprofessional for a tow driver. Hopefully whoever the driver was has the decency to not damage someone’s vehicle while in tow. Got the whole incident on dashcam and will be uploading it to social media.
Showed up right when they said they would. No run around or wrong information given. The driver was polite and very helpful taking care of dropping my key in the auto shop drop box so I could get on my way to work.
Kenneth showed up early this morning to haul my vehicle to the garage. He is awesome! Friendly and did a great job. He really took a load off my mind. Thanks so much!!

My car got wrecked, horribly, this last weekend and my insurance set me up with Gritten Wrecker Services to tow my car to the shop. The man who arrived was very nice and got my car hooked up and on the bed in no time. If my car ever gets wrecked again, I hope to use Gritten Wrecker Services again!

Had a bit of a tricky move into a steep driveway with a low car. Jacob was great and manged to do it successfully without scraping or scaring the car or driveway. Price,service and time frame was excellent.
I used your wrecker service the day before Thanksgiving and I am writing this email, not to complain, just the opposite.
The young man that went out of his way to help me, my daughter and my little dog get to my mom's in Waco was wonderful. (Jacob was his name, I hope that is his name, young 26 year old cowboy, clean cut, great manners) Not only was he professional, but oh so much more. He dropped a guy off that he was training in order to be able to fit me, my daughter and my little dog in the cab with him. I just thought you should know, and I'm sure you do, how hard it is to find really good workers but somehow you found an exceptional young man. He spoke highly of your company and how began working for you. He knew the area, we laughed because when he received the address he simply said, Oh, she lives behind the HEB. Yep.
I just thought you should know the impact Jacob made on an irritated driver who lost her keys and was stranded at Slovacek's. I will write a great review on swoop as well.

Excellent experience. We were from out of town so found them here on Google Maps. Glad we did! Shannon was so helpful over the phone getting us set up for the tow. Friendly and efficient. And even when they ran behind a little, she kept me appraised of their timing. I was able to leave the car, and Joe took of everything. They got it where it needed to go without any issues. Also, the pricing is more than fair. A very good deal. Thank you very much. Highly recommend this company.

I had a flat tire, and my insurance company called Gritten. They quickly sent Ricky, who changed my tire to my spare on Memorial Day. He answered my many questions and showed me what he was doing. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. I even called before they came out and spoke with a nice lady at the business, who helped me understand that sending a wrecker did not mean they were going to tow my car! She explained that he would simply help me change the tire. I had nothing but a very positive experience! I cannot recommend Gritten highly enough!
Ricky Telfer was so amazing!! My tired popped on the left side shoulder of the highway during traffic hour, he was prompt with the pick up time and without hesitation insured other vehicles moved over so myself and 2 kids could safely get into the truck!!! From the moment the young man arrived he changed my flat and explained some issues with my spare. He was very courteous respectful friendly and professional. Great service!!!!!! Had a blowout last night around 10:15p. Gritten Wrecker Services was contacted. Ricky called with an estimated time of arrival. He arrived before his stated ETA. Ricky is awesome. Worked harder than required to ensure there was no damage to my car when it towed it, by getting it running just long enough to turn it around instead of having to drag it out of my driveway.
He even took a minute to let me know what appears to be wrong with the vehicle so I could expect what to hear from the mechanic.
Absolutely would recommend these people without hesitation.
TOP NOTCH!! I needed a tow, and both companies that were within a 2 mile radius couldn't get to me in a timely manner. Called Gritten (5 miles away) and they were picking up my truck in less time than it took me to make the call.
The price was more than reasonable, response time was impeccable, and customer service was over the top!! I highly recommend giving them a shot at winning over your business! You don't find this kind of customer service anymore.

Fantastic!!! I called, and got a quote to have an older model van on 4 flats moved for my son. They were very professional, friendly and they are definitely experts!!! Todd was the driver, he was accompanied by his son who was equally as pleasant. They were in and out in a minute. The prices can't be beat! This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a tow company! My husband and I got a flat tire on our drive through Waco. The service was great, everything I expected to happen. My insurance contacted Gritten, then I received a text from Gritten with the contact info. They arrived even ahead of estimated time to give a jump. The driver was very polite and efficient, he called because the insurance gave a slightly wrong address.
