My car died in heavy traffic on University near Tech with the engine completely locked up. I couldn't even get it in park to get out of traffic. I called Tiger Towing and they arrived in a reasonable time. The Driver eased my car onto the wrecker. When he got it to the drop off location, he worked to get the car off in the right spot showing care for my car. Watching him get my car in place and down without even a bounce was fascinating. It was brilliant! He was so nice and polite despite the heat and traffic. Exceptional service! Wait time was minimal. Thank you Tiger Towing!

I was charged $890 to get my car back when they only had it a few hours the break down didn’t add up once I received it as well the guy was also very rude when I called and asked why was it so much!

These guys were amazing! It was after 5 on a Friday night. My daughter dropped a drive shaft leaving her stranded sideways in the middle of a busy road. They arrived in minutes and towed her truck safely to the repair shop. Both the dispatcher and driver were friendly and courteous! The cost was reasonable too. I would DEFINITELY use Tiger Towing again!

I hit a deer on 2528. The DPS called Tiger Towing. I got a certified letter for a $800 + bill for towing and storage. I contacted the facility and explained I would send them the title and they could scrap the car. They said I was still responsible for the $300 towing charge. Really? They didn't get any money from scraping the car? I feel they take advantage of people in an already bad situation.

If I Could Put No Stars I Would. This Company Is A Nickel And Dime Company. $705 My Truck Was N There ONE DAY. This was ridiculous amount ..This Was extortion. Charged me for keeping my truck on 4th of July when THEY WERE CLOSED and i couldnt get it. I will be calling the BBB... MY PROBLEM WITH YOU ALL FOR THINKING ITS OKAY TO CHARGE THIS AMOUNT. U charged me cuz the officer called u too early... HOW AM I responsible for that? U charged me for fuel that no included in the tow. Believe me law enforcement have impounded my vehicle and ive NEVER EVER PAID THIS AMOUNT. So again i will call Better Business Bureau and Receipt is in my lawyers hands.. TO ADD to it I asked to speak to owner and the lady up front said sorry they do this to everyone and he will probably just call the cops. REALLY YOUR A BUSINESS OWENER YOU CANT HAVE A CONVERSATION WITH SOMEONE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS what a LOSER!!

Had my vehicle towed back in June and the price per day that I had gotten charged was higher than what they had listed on the wall. Plus the miles they charged didn't add up. So in all I paid about $400 more than what it should've cost
