The driver was very friendly and did a great job loading my vehicle, making sure it didn’t scrape. He also verified the drop-off location and asked if there was anything he needed to pass on to the dealership.
This place is absolutely horrendous. I asked and called to pick up my car and they told me that it was there, so I go to pick it up and no one is at the impound lot. I call again and I was supposedly supposed to give an hour notice that they never told me about when I called the first time. The lady on the phone then proceeded to tell me that someone would be there in 30 minutes. I waited 30 minutes no one still showed up. I call again and the lady on the phone is insistent that it had not been 30 minutes even though I have the call history with time stamps. She then proceeded to hang up on me.
Wilson Wrecking was prompt and very professional. Jose was the absolute best!! If we need a wrecking service again, we will definitely use Wilson’s again.
I wasn’t there when they took the car but they were prompt and knocked on the door and called to let us know they had arrived and were taking the car and the were very quick and efficient getting it loaded and over to the automotive service for us.
Mere words can not say, how AWESOME Wilson wrecking company is. William the driver picked up my truck and absolutely a gentlemen and knows how to operate and handle any situation one's vehicle is in. Amazing service and customer service. The initial lady that I talked to was very calming and informative. I was a nervous wreck but she made things better. The young man that came out to pick up my car was very professional. His appearance was very presentable. He was so confident in his job he asked if we wanted to watch as he loaded my car. I was in a very busy high traffic area. The price was amazing and in the budget. I hope I will not need a towing company but if so it will be Wilson's Towing.
Got here fast and friendly, and took initiative to get my electric trunk button working long enough to get groceries out before towing my car to the shop. Highly recommended!

Jose H was amazing…to put it lightly. He was professional, very friendly and personable…but what impressed me the most was his willingness to help me with my vehicle…he showed me several important issues (how to get it out of manually set neutral…removing a fuse to keep the fuel pump from cycling when the key was turned on…and identifying a few missing parts the mechanics forgot to send)
