Came to tow vehicle slid my car with no skate under tire and transmission in park with having the key drive hardly spoke any English or acted like he didnt and then to to it off used winch as a scraping point with one strap on front of car thats a big no in towing industry 4 point strap down hands down low quality towing and wouldn't recommend in the future had an issue with the car dealer ship and this is they sent out to pick the car up made my bad day even worse dealing with the driver in the yellow truck that should be re-educated on towing laws and regulations and customer service
The driver they sent was extremely unprofessional, Tomas on the phone tried to make it right, but the way I was talked to and treated by the driver had already made me lose all trust in even considering letting them load my vehicle on the wrecker.
Jacob gave me great advice when I broke down in a remote area on a long road trip so I could get my repair covered under warranty, which saved me hundreds of dollars. Then Jimmy towed me to a repair shop.
Very good place to go when you need help! Definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs help with being locked out or anything like that. I appreciate yall coming out during the cold.
The Worst place to get your car fixed for body damage go somewhere else like Waco. They lie about time frame and constantly lying about where the man is who fix the cars while just sitting there playing on her phone do not recommend. Take your car to maaco auto or another Waco location
Wow Wow and another Wow! Classic Paint and Body Shop impressed me very much as they came on time and they were very knowledgeable and professional as well as fast and to the point. They were top notch in my opinion and I will be requesting them for future services when needed. They came from Mexia to Marlin and did an outstanding job. Being disabled and not able to do things very well anymore they took the worries from my mind and got me back to where I needed to be. Huge Thank You to Mr. Thomas for a great job.
Service provider was assigned through insurance company. With my son stuck on interstate 45 and 2.5 hrs from home, Jacob contacted us within mintes to provide status and ETA. He went above and beyond to make sure my son was safe and am grateful he was the one that responded to the call. Would recommend to anyone needing roadside assistance. thank you Jacob!
Jacob went above and beyond when my car died on me on the side of the highway. He jumped it which worked at first, but when the car failed again, he was nice enough to help bring the car to a better location to get towed.
These people are utterly worthless. Scheduled a tow through my roadside assistance and then they tried to charge me! Totally worthless thieves. Would never recommend.

Our brand new car would not start after a weekend visit to my parents, who live near Rosebud. Thanks so much to Jacob and Classic Paint and Body for taking care of us during a very stressful time. They were prompt and professional and picked up our car near Rosebud and delivered our car to the dealership in Grapevine, TX, where we purchased the car, and showed much more care than even the dealership that sold the car to us. I had to call my insurance company to schedule a tow truck through my roadside assistance policy. This company was assigned to come tow my truck and it was a nightmare! Their faulty wench broke right as my truck was at the top of the ramp, causing it to roll off through my yard and into the trees. Had to wait forever for them to bring another truck, and then he drags my truck onto the tow truck while it is still in park. I called to speak to the manager. Tomas, and he nothing but rude & arrogant! Said oh well accidents happen. Tomas, then informed me that he himself put the policy in place to drag vehicles while they are still in park because, quote..."We've had too many roll off." He never once apologized for the damages or the inconvenience. Evidently this happens often so their equipment must not be very reliable.
Got our truck stuck in the pasture and they came out and wenched us out. They were extremely kind and helpful. They even helped us get the lawn mower unstuck as well free of charge (I know we had a rough day with getting everything stuck from the rain). Would definitely recommend using these guys for any type of work!
I've had two cars painted and body repairs done here and they skimp on parts and paint to save costs to pocket the rest of the money insurance pays them. Two of my vehicles have already had paint flaking off from just a slight breeze and parts were ordered off Wish.com it seems. Parts and paint are of not the best quality. I would look elsewhere to have any paint and body repairs done.
My road side assistance assigned their towing service to me. And hour after they were assigned to my they called and said it would take an hour and a half to get to me (my eta was 60 min) then they said there was no where in all of waco they could take my car. Got another towing company that took me straight where I wanted to go. These guys lied directly to me and yelled at ME because my car broke down late Saturday night. Like I chose when my car would break down. Rude people and liars.
I had the best possible experience with Classic Paint and Body! I needed some collision repair on my car after a deer hit me. The repaired it flawlessly! Dustin was especially helpful. They are very professional and efficient. I heard great things about this shop from trusted friends and also the reviews were great. I’m glad I used them and will definitely recommend them to anyone!!
Did a great job and very nice and fast dropped our car off the 9th of November got it back the 16th could have gotten it the 14th but was not ready for it to be done so fast. Nothing like other shops that always tell you that they are waiting on parts I'll definitely be their client for the next time I hit a big hog thank you classic paint and body
Considering we only had liability insurance and we're paying out of pocket they found parts that were able to match our budget. They got they job done very quickly. I was so surprised and in aww when they drove my truck out cuz some said it was totaled.
Our car broke down with family and my insurance sent these guys for roadside assistance/towing. I am very impressed. They kept us updated on ETA and Ruben was just a great polite guy. 👍
I can only rate the quality of the wrecker/tow service, but it was definitely top notch. My truck broke down in a neighboring town, and my insurance company set me up worn service from Classic.
They were very reasonable on price (the distance I needed towed was twice what the insurance would cover), and the driver Ruben, was one of the friendliest people I've ever met. I was very satisfied.
I hope I never break down in middle of nowhere Texas again, but if I do, I know who to call.
While they fixed my vehicle, the service was awful. The day they called and said it was ready, I went to pick it up and it still had service lights on. The tech took the car, said he needed to drive it to turn them off, came back and took my car to the garage and didn't bother to tell me anything about it for the next 40 minutes. Then another tech takes it for a another drive and is gone for 20 minutes. After being told it was ready, then waiting another 2 hours total for it when I needed to be at work, I finally got my car back and without lights blinking.
This was the best experience I've ever had at an auto repair shop. My car was wrecked and not driveable. These guys came to Dallas to pick up my car, got my repair done in half the time the Dallas shops were quoting me, and delivered my car back to Dallas (99 miles away) in perfect condition. I even got daily updates on the service and parts. Some parts were special order, but they even got those in and installed before the Dallas shops' quotes. No hassle, and excellent service!
Thomas is soooooo helpful and cool. He deserves a raise. If i ever come through Mexia. I'll hit him up and see he wants lunch on me and maybe jam out to some Born of Osiris. Such a rad dude, I bet he's good at skateboarding, so I'll buy him a skateboard too.
