pos quotes me 100 clams if it's cash, 130 if it's a card. He comes out and doubles the amount to 230... He tried gouging because I was stuck in some mud. Told him to kick rocks. Ten minutes later some guy stops asked if I'm stuck? Backs up on the dirt road and pulls me out. I gave him the $100. I knew I hated wreckers for a reason. Cause they slime
The service here specially Ramen is absolutely tremendous. He’s helped me twice in one week. Very reliable and he didn’t take long to come save me in both incidents. Definitely won’t be calling anyone else but Jtt/Ramen

Jeffrey was super polite and didn’t take long to reach us all the way in Crosby! He was super friendly and allowed us to ride with him in his truck all the way to my dad’s house in the 77020 area! This tow trucking company was quick to find us a near by driver and we greatly appreciated it and the price wasn’t bad at all due to the miles he had to drive us back from. Definitely would recommend them for any towing service!
They answered their phone, were professional, and sent someone to me in under 45 minutes! The driver Andrew was awesome and very helpful. I highly recommend trying them first. I called several other companies in the area, but no one answered the phone or could help. The only other company that answered didn't call back for 3 hours. These guys were a lifesaver, getting to me in under 45 minutes. I am very thankful.
THEY DAMAGED MY CAR AND ARE CLAIMING THEY DIDNT TOW MY CAR! Last Saturday, NELLY towed my vehicle. He charged me $100 cash and did not record the tow. From the kindness of my heart, I also cash app him $20! As a single mother of 3 kids, I was so stressed I wasn’t even thinking about getting a receipt. Upon getting vehicle repaired, the wrecker driver damaged BOTH tie rods. I called and they are claiming they did not tow my vehicle. Seems like some illegal stuff going on and now I am out $600 more dollars due to the damages this company did! How awful to test people instead of apologize and try to help. I have proof of his number too just in case they say “I HAVE MISTAKEN THEM” “YOU HAVE THE WRONG COMPANY”

I have been using JTT Towing for a few years now. Needing my son's car and husband's truck towed, Andrew was there to do so. Kevin has always been our guy, but Andrew did just as well. He was available back to back for the tows we needed yesterday and today.

I would highly recommend JTT Towing. They are very professional, easy to work with and quick to respond. I was dealing with a flat tire, called JTT for help and they answered. Andrew was there in a timely manner, loaded my car in no time, then transported me and my car to Discount Tire. Andrew was very friendly, made the process quick and painless. He “pumped up”, a “flat situation.”
I had a really good experience with driver Andrew. Super cool guy and took care of my car like it was his own. Adjusted my car to make sure it was safe, asked me where and how I wanted my car parked, good hospitality! If you have a vehicle you care about and want transported safely and precisely I would recommend asking for driver Andrew in the yellow truck!
My son had a flat tire last night he called me oh dude wanted to charge me $350 to change a tire I used to be a record driver and I know it is not $350 to change one tire especially when he has everything the problem is my son is like his mother disabled you do not take advantage of people just because we're White does not give you that excuse to take advantage of someone we believe equality cuz we're all the same that we all have the same God we come from the same people we do not pass judgment but you don't take advantage of people I do not and will not accept someone trying to charge me $350 to change the tire it went from 100 all the way up to 450 no not acceptable

Spoke to the owner (Jeff) and he wasn't happy how this was handled. He was sincerely sorry and apologized several times for his driver. I'm a small business owner and I greatly appreciate how he went above and beyond to handle the issue to make it right. He refunded my tow. It's hard being a small business owner but I always will use Jeff and refer his towing company. Excellent customer service
Told me one price but then went up $100 after he got to my house. Told him on the phone what this issue of the truck was said $100 cash or $125 card. I wasn't even two miles from my house. After he got to my house told me $225. Should have been honest and told me before he loaded it. I'll never use them again.
