Recently visited the Cotulla store for a service engine light and was greeted by a young man, I believe his name is Scott. Very polite and prompt. Excellent service.
Exceptional service from managers Martha and Tony. They stayed after hours to help with our car issue while we were traveling to a different city. We had stopped by an Autozone earlier in the trip which failed to identify the problem and told us it was safe to drive. Once our car started to fail we pulled into the Cotulla O’Reilly’s where we got the help we needed. Very thankful for the lighthearted attitudes in such a high-stress situation.
Visited store today with s car battery that wasnt sure was bad or just needed a recharge. They tested it there and came up as bad
Needed replacement. There was no charge. Excellent srrvice.
Martha was great in helping me out and putting a new battery in my truck that has 642000 miles on it. Thats right six hundred fourty two thousand miles. It is a FORD 2013 with proper maintenance
She also gave me a Military Veteran discount and got me back on the road
If I could give zero stars I would, went in to pick up some ordered items, Lupe doesn't get in a hurry about anything and doesn't know where anything is. He is very unfriendly and makes you feel like you are an inconvenience to him. He couldn't tell me when the rest of my order would be in or where it even shipped from. Charlotte is about as dingy as the day is long, lost in her own little world and knows next to nothing. Tony was about the only one that knew anything at all that was working. Disappointed that Kelly was not there as I know she knows her stuff and knows how to work and help the customers. This store needs to get in the game and get rid of the trash and get people that really want to work. YOU CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS A LOT OF WORK!
Always get all my parts from here. The employees are really helpful and usually always polite. They will do their best to try and help with whatever your looking for and if they cant they will try and point you in the right direction.
For customers that travel past this town. the hours are not the same, as what is on google maps. The hours that are posted, on the front door states that they close at 8 PM......smh
Oh, and maybe turning off the "Open" sign is also helpful, when you all close.
Great staff. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Willing to help out. Had to buy a new battery. Was there a short time and back on the road. Their tools are a little iffy. Might not have certain sockets or wrenches. Place was clean and prices are a little higher do to the Gas & oilfield workers. I do recommend this place.
Friendly staff and very helpful. Usually have the part I need or can get it the next day. I just don't think they should charge shipping on special orders.
O'Reilly's Auto Parts has many parts on hand and the prices are good, too. Service is excellent and the long hours of operation are the best we have ever had in this town. Thank you for coming to Cotulla.
