Prompt, professional service that arrived much sooner than expected. Car was towed to the dealership and the driver handled all the arrangements with the service department. Mr Sanchez was very courteous and is an asset to Juan’s Wrecker Service!
That’s shady. My son on his way back to college went off the road in the rain and got stuck in the mud. To just pull his little Hyundai Elantra with no damage only stuck in the mud on the side it was $375.. the tactic used on him was if he didn’t have the 375 his car would be towed away. We are hundreds of miles away with no one to help him and his dad in Alaska. You know that tow was not 375. You didn’t even provide a receipt. We are thankful he survived that incident in the rain. To then go get ripped off like that is wrong. If it was too far for you then don’t take the call then pick up mileage and charge.

Tres came within 1.5 hours to pick up my car. He was kind and respectful and handled my car well. He was professional and efficient and did a great job.
When contacting by phone, I informed them of the location and situation, mentioning that the vehicle needed refueling. If they couldn't respond, they should have declined. Instead, I waited for an hour under the hot sun. When I called again, they still didn't confirm whether they were coming, so I had to contact another company for road service.
My daughter had a blowout in the highway. Juan’s came & towed her off the road. Then moved her directly to a tire shop. Prompt & so kind to her. This is what towing companies should strive to be. Thank you
He was great but the fact that I couldn’t communicate I speak English and he spoke Spanish. He just left I was trying to ask questions. I was going to pay but needed a few questions so because it would but me in a spot where I may need to get a job and work for a while to come up with money to get home.
This guy ripped off my mom charging her $695 to tow her truck to almost 10 miles I think he took advantage cause she was by herself and didn’t had any choice but to pay!! guess who watching you!!

They didn't answer at three in the morning when we needed them. Maybe they aren't a twenty four hour service? Unfortunately none of the Wrecker services did.

I was traveling through Kingsville, Texas and got a flat tire, Juan the owner asked me for my tire size when I called and came to my rescue with the tire, swapped it out and I was back on the road all in less than an hour! Absolutely recommend these guys. If I am ever in town and need service I will definitely be using their services!
This guy is a ripp off. Had a loosen u bolt on a freightliner, came two hours late than promissed, had no wrenches with him. He charged 300 dollars for 30 min work. The other two hours he waited for his employee to bring the right wrench from his shop, while enjoying his cofee by my truck. A 3 axle alignment costs 200 dollars, while he charged 300 for a single u bold. It also came loose after driving 50 miles. This is by far the most unsafe and unethical repair shop I've been to.
