These guys rock. Had a slow leak from a sheet metal screw. Helped us pick out a plug kit and had us pull around back so we could air up after we installed the plug. Above and beyond for sure. Thanks gents!
This is a local Stihl dealer but they don't stock as many parts as they should. I was asked if I knew what the part looked like that I was in search of. I immediately lost faith in them ever having the parts I may need in the future for basic chainsaw repairs.

I recently was in The Comfort NAPA store to replace (2) two series 65 850 CCA batteries for my dodge 2500 diesel truck . These batteries are large and heavy . One battery cost $ 199 . I asked the employee at the desk “ my truck is outside, can he assist me “ ? “ Answer was “ NO”
I said I would help install one and employee install the other ? Answer “NO “ So I didn’t have all the tools with me to do the job myself . At that point I was physically unable to purchase products and I left with the store losing a $ 400
Sale and I will never set foot in that store again . In conclusion ,went to BOERNE NAPA and employee installed both batteries and told me
“ it is my job “ I will contact the CEO of the Comfort store and verify their policy .
Had the t fitting I needed the loves truck stop didn't have in stock. Wasn't sure what size I needed, so the gentleman behind the counter came out and to look at it for me. It all worked out perfectly. Thanks

Awesome small town, family owned and operated Auto Parts store. They're also a Stihl chainsaw and assorted other Stihl products dealer. Quality auto parts and a Stihl products dealer all in one.
Great service. Great parts. Good all around guys who know their stuff. You know you are in a real auto parts store when it smells like a good working garage. The people here are very helpful and professional. There prices are favorable and their service is top notch. I particularly use them for all of my Stihl power equipment needs.
Staff rude. Overheard telling customer they weren't doing "anymore business" because it was too close to closing time (8 min to closing). Another employee because frustrated with customer because he kept asking for items and when customer asked for manager, the manager came and asked customer to leave, threatening to call police if he didn't leave. Appalling lack of customer service.
I was passing through Comfort for work, and found myself in a pickle after hitting a curb. My rocker panel had popped off and was just hanging on by a couple of hard-to-access screws. These guys were awesome. They were super friendly and helped me out when I was far from home without any tools. Thank you!
This place was amazing to me. The voltage light on my suv kicked on at I-10 between Boerne and Comfort... Not good. Made the split decision to head to this particular NAPA over turning back to Boerne. My car limped in and literally shut(tered) down in a parking spot of the store. These guys had an alternator in stock, and they loaned me tools for the job. I changed the alternator in their parking lot. One of the fellas even brought his truck around and jump started me. I made it to Lubbock only an hour after my original ETA because of these guys.
