I wanted to share this experience with you about Tyler he went far and beyond to assist me on getting my truck pushed into my garage. We kinda had of a hard time, but he did come back as promised to assist. I would definitely recommend them again and thank you so much Tyler from the Benavides, family and precision towing.
Tyler was great. I have AAA and they took 2.5 hours. Tyler got to us in 20 minutes, changed our tire in 20 minutes and we were on our way. He was so kind and did a great job. Highly recommend!

Micheal was incredible! Called him while driving because my car was overheating. He was to me within thirty minutes and towed me to the closest Firestone. Always incredible service and would highly recommend always calling Michael!!!!
Mike went above and beyond to make sure my car was recovered in a timely manner. I had to leave town but Mike was able to handle everything over the phone. He sent me pictures, dealt with my insurance company when needed and kept me informed of when my claim adjusters showed and received the car. Like I said, above and beyond. Mike was very prompt to return my call, and prompt to come help get the car. Very reasonable rates. An exceedingly kind person to top it off. I highly recommend his service.
I'd describe Precision Towing and Recovery as fast, friendly and efficient. Mike arrived soon after I called to take my pickup truck to an area dealership. He had it safely loaded in no time. I like that he uses a big flatbed tow truck that gets the vehicle totally up off the ground.
Mike was great. My moms cars broke down and waited on AAA for 2.5 hours. I called Mike and within 20 minutes he was there. Took my moms car to the dealership dropped it off and waited for me to meet him for the keys after finding out the dealership had no Dropbox. Mike gained my business for any future towing needs.
Our car beoke down off 175, and we gave a quick call. Within minutes we recieved help. We got our car towed to autozone, but thanks to their great service they new it wasn't a battery saving us 200$. After he pointed out the issue he even towed us to our destination. This is definitely the company you need if you want an efficent towing company! Thanks again for your help, we really appreciate it
Mr. Michael was awesome! I was stranded on side of the highway for two hours. I called Mr. Michael within 30 minutes from me calling him to him coming to me that was all I had to wait! I would recommend him to anyone!

This is the only towing company in the Scurry area that I would ever use. The driver met me at midnight for me to be able to get my vehicle out. The process was easy as can be and I highly recommend them!
Mike and his company are professionals. Very Fast, very courteous and very professional. Very competitive rates, and is the only wrecker service I recommend. If you need it hauled, he can do it.
