During a severe ice storm, I became stuck in deep mud on County Road 261 in Crandall, TX. My GPS had taken me down what appeared to be a road, but it turned out not to be one. It was around 11:00 PM, pitch dark, and the conditions were extremely unsafe.
I contacted roadside assistance and multiple towing companies, but none were willing to help due to the dangerous road conditions and the risk of their own equipment getting stuck. I was told repeatedly that it couldn’t be done, so I was forced to wait until the next morning with no help in sight.
Out of options, I searched Google and found Forney Towing LLC. I called, and to my surprise, they arrived within 30 minutes. Malik Awad personally came out and assessed the situation. Even though my car was roughly 200 yards off the road, deep in mud, he brought his personal four-wheel-drive truck to get me out safely.
Not only did Malik handle an extremely difficult recovery during terrible weather, but he also worked with me on the price and showed genuine care and concern for my situation. While he is a professional who deserves to be paid, it was clear he wasn’t just about the money — he truly wanted to help. His attitude, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond made a stressful and scary situation feel manageable.

Malik was amazing! It was icy weather and I had been trying to find someone to jump start my battery through my insurance for the past 6 1/2 hours with no resolution, 4 different tow companies cancelled my service order due to the weather so I took the issue on my own and contacted Forney Towing. Malik was super fast to get there and jump started my battery within like 3 minutes. He was very professional, kind, super fast and he had no idea what a blessing it was for him to come out late in the evening and on the icy road conditions to help me. Just amazing! Highly recommend!

My front paasenger tire was flat in I-20E( Exit 509 just passed from Terrell) and I called roadside assistance and he arrived really fast from Forney(30 min after I called). He did really good job and fixed real quick. Trust this man!!!!

They didnt give me enough stars for me to rate. I would say 100 stars. Unfortunately, My family and I was was driving down the road when we lost our oil plug. I called everywhere everyone was so expensive and going to take 4 or more hours to get to me. Forney towing was fast within 30 to 45 minutes. I was so upset and trying to be in good spirits.They worked fast to get us moving on the road. Once hooked up. We was heading to my destination. When the poor guy driving realized something wasn't right with his truck. We had to pull over. Unfortunately, his truck was broken down leacking coolant fluid. I felt so bad. They guy apologized alot. He offered to buy us drinks. I travel with a cooler with drinks. So I offered him something to drink. We waited for a backup truck to come. We had great conversation. He was so sweet talked to my son and included him in our conversations. The drive was smooth and wonderful. Thank you so much for getting my son, me and my car where we needed to be. I hope nothing but the best for this company. All 3 guys was amazing and sweet men. Thank you so so much.
