I called to have my car towed to my house and he came within minutes to pick up my keys (which he didn't have to do but lived near by) and it was extremely affordable. My car was back home super quick. Great service!
STAY AWAY - Coordinated towing of two vehicles a week in advance and reconfirmed the day prior with a positive acknowledgment. The morning of (2 hours prior to pickup) he notified me that he could not pickup the vehicle leaving me with no options.
I give Greg a 5 for the towing. He was a very personable tow driver, and I appreciate that part.
But, I give his auto shop a 0!
Just by loading it on the truck, he said that my car needed a starter and his auto shop could install a new one. I thought great, all in one service.
I believe that he's he only mechanic, as it took over a week to fix. He also stated that it took him one day to charge the battery before he could return the car to me. Then, the car only started for 2 days!
I had to have my car towed to a different mechanic, by a different tow service. The new mechanic actually tested the car and said that it was just a bad battery all along.
What? I didn't need a new starter? I wasted $300 on a new starter for nothing!
I never leave reviews, but this guy was very polite, friendly, and helpful. He helped me move my motorcycle that’s been sitting for a few years to storage. He was friendly from the second he answered the phone and he had never towed a bike before. 10/10 would recommend his services.
We were traveling from Texas back to Georgia when our water pump went out. It was after hours (on a Friday) and we were stranded at a gas station with our two little girls. Gregory was heaven sent! He immediately came and towed our Yukon and promised to have it ready the next morning! He came through and got us safely on the road again! We are so thankful for his amazing kindness and compassion!
