We had our 1997 Peterbilt 379 serviced today, Dave went over and above taking care of our truck. My Husband James said Dave really looked out for us, he is #1 in our books-awesome service and fair prices. I trust them enough to recommend them to you!

Great customer service. The most professional people that I have dealt with in years. Told me up front what to expect and called me and kept me informed of what they found wrong. Fast service, took my truck in Friday morning for a rear end and some other things and had it back Monday morning. Great people to work with, excellent communication. I will take all of my work there from now on. I will buy all of my parts from them also.

Check the part numbers yourself before you leave. I drove 2.5 hours to pick up a part that didn't fit. Now I have to drive all the way back to swap it out. I had to cancel my load for the next day.

This is yet another place in Dallas to find all your automotive parts at best and competitive prices... its a junk yard with the touch of professionalism. If you cannot find it there, then I don't know where else...

I used to really like this place, as the father has always been honest with me and really easy to work with. But the past couple times calling and getting quotes, then arriving to purchase only to be met with dishonesty and attitudes has been very off putting. My opinion, it feels they quoted/priced me based on my voice versus appearance. Because when I show up, things change. I do hope this is not the case?!

I will never come back to this place again. Listen to the reviews. I came here with my part looking to get a replacement for it and was told they had some. The guy told me I had 2 people ahead which was fine. There was 4 people that came in after me and got serviced before me. I went back up and asked did they have anyone looking into the part for me because I been waiting for about an hour? They finally got someone to go find the part me but come to find out they didn't have anything. I wasted about an hour and a half at this place that could've took 30 mins. Just horrible customer service. Attend the customer's and stop ignoring them.

Don't buy $1250 fithwheels here .. they are rusted out and no guarantees.. you can get them for $350 somewhere else

I would recommend this place to anyone selling their truck for parts! I got the best offer from them and they were very easy to deal with! Chase and Tim were very helpful and I really appreciated working with them!

If I could put zero stars I would. I had to drive one hour for a part that I called first to see if they would have. Gave them part # and was told they should have a few. Got there and it was almost like no one wanted to help. So after someone was finally willing to assist me. They found out they didn’t have the part at the main location so they sent me down the street to another location. Now I originally arrived at the first location around 1:30p. I get to the second shop and it took them 2 hours to find out they don’t have the part either. So I wasted 5 hours of my day trying to get a part they could have told me over the phone they don’t have. Luckily I called Fleetpride and they can have it next day. And I wouldn’t be surprised if everyone in there had Corona due to no one really wearing a mask. Even the customers don’t have one on. Hopefully some things will change for the better.

This is huge place, big business, but front desk staff most of them are rude, unprofessional with customer and judge you based on your appearance. They think that you don’t want to buy parts.

Beware this is a scam place I trying to buy a hood for a Volvo 2012 used They wanted to charge me 4,000 exchange When I can get it new from a place in Arlington Texas for 1,750 Be careful with this kind of place

If you are a trucker this is the place to go. I am a truckers wife and I enjoy the cost savings we get at this place. Awesome staff, everybody who walks in is greeted and asked if they have been helped. Top notch customer service! Other places need to take lessons from these folks. Thanks for being so helpful and having the best prices!

Bed experience with this guys. I called 3 times to verify if they have driveshafts that I need and they told me don’t worry just take old one with you we’ll do measurements and we’ll find one for you. I got rental van for $100 and drive 1h to this guys. After one hour and a half “sorry we don’t have it” it’s not professionally If they told you they have part that you need it’s not 100% they have it

I have been a customer off and on since 2008. I like there shop and gear shop fast and friendly service. I took my Kenworth in for a front differential power devider not locking in that inherited when I bought it. I just knew the front diff. Would have to come out and be gone thru. Turned out truck has locker’s and the hose for the power devider was missing and was plugged. I appreciate the honesty for some shops would have sold me a chunk and put the hose on and not say a thing. Very grateful thank you Mike

Boight a rebuilt super 10 Transmission from them and they did the swap. Had truck towed there late eveming. Signed in with them at 8am the next morning. By 9 they moved it into the shop. I was getting the bill paid at 4:45 and was out of the shop before 5. Great job and great transmission.

These gentlemen are very profession. I called and needed a part for my Peterbilt and they had it and found it quickly. They have great communication as well and are highly educated and know what they are talking about. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Pick up a rebuilt 10 speed Transmission for are Frieghtliner great price and everything we needed I highly recommend if you need Class A parts check them out

Replaced a transmission for me in 2013 for less than half of what volvo wanted. Just drove an hour to get a replacement window for my sleeper and wheel accessories. It was money and time well spent.

there is a guy who obviously hate his job and he is always rude with people I am not going back just to don't have to see his face again he really thinks he is the owner or the manager in this place , they need to hire more Spanish speakers and fired him , to do what he does he really needs to have a better attitude , if he is not happy at home he needs to move but please stop treating people like s.....by the way his name is Raul and when he does his job he actually thinks he is doing us a favor.
