We were pulling our trailer to California, and my tire pressure monitoring system gave a low pressure alert when we got back in our truck after lunch. Stopped by Martin Brothers, and they quickly found the problem (a problem with that tire). They had a replacement, and put it on the wheel in no time. The service was fast, their information was clear, and were sooo friendly and helpful. Above and beyond!
Put my wife’s car in the air for an oil change. Took the filter off and noticed the inside of the oil filter was damaged. Explained they couldn’t even put the oil filer back on. Showed my wife the damage, kept the car, gave her a ride home while I was at work, ordered the part and had her back on the road the next day. Honest, thorough, and trustworthy. 10/10 recommend.
Josh and Zach came after hours to replace my tire. They worked over an hour past closing and I couldn’t be more thankful! I am NOT from here and I had extreme anxiety getting a flat! They were so helpful and I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Horrible customer service.
I stopped by to get an oils change and they said they couldn’t do it because they were about to have lunch. There is no where on your website stating that it would be closed for lunch. I drove 45 min to your shop just to be told it would be awhile before they could do it. As a business owner myself I know my customers come first. I would drop my food and help anyone in a heartbeat. I guess I’m old school. They didn’t want my business. Sad. There is no such thing as customer service anymore.
We purchased a new 4 wheeler from Martin Brothers in Stamford for our daughter. It never worked right, it won’t start properly or idle at all, despite our best efforts, and it started leaking gas. We tried to return it and were told that they don’t accept returns or do repairs and it is our responsibility to get it to Pit Stop Cycle Shop all the way in Lubbock, TX which is who they purchase their 4 wheelers from. This so-called cycle shop doesn’t answer or return phone calls. Do not purchase four wheelers from Martin Bros Motor Company. They have no business selling a product with a motor that they aren’t willing to stand behind. Infuriating!
I was heading home when my truck started to over heat. Stopped in Stamford TX at an RV park.
The lady that owns the park told me about this place. I went there this morning and they told me the part wouldn't be there until noon.
I went back to the camper and returned at noon. I mentioned that I was ready to hang out all afternoon. One of the employees took me back to my camper and picked me up when they were done. I wish I would have caught his name.
They fixed my problem and Tony, the mechanic, was more than helpful.
If I'm ever back this way and I need work done, I will definitely be back.
They didn't try to rob me since I was stuck there. I've had people try to do that.

Blew a trailer tire on 277 a mile from their shop on my way home to OKC. Rolled in and these guys got me back on the road in an hour! The service and price was a refreshing reminder that good places and good people do still exist. Highly recommend if you’re a trucker and need quick service!
If you ever need car repair while breaking down in Stamford, Tx. make sure you look for these guys. My brakes locked up and after going to two other places who couldn't fix them, I tried these guys. They had no trouble working on it. They couldn't get the part until the next day, but said they would be there at 8 am the next day to start on it. And they were. In fact, I walk over to there place from the motel at 9 and they were finished with it. And it was very reasonable ticket to pay.
Took my vehicle for an oil change and they added antifreeze without asking me first, which I could have added myself. It not that whether I needed it ot not, it's the principle of the fact that they should have let me know whats going in with my vehicle before just doing what they want with it.
Took my car there they give me a list of things checked I knew they didn't check everything on the list because they marked my wipers where fine they weren't I had new wipers in the car because mine had Texas rot then when I took my car to Chevrolet for an all over check up and oil change they found my oil pan plug had been silicones now I know it wasn't like that before then because my husband changed it before then I will not go back not an honest establishment
I drive a truck for a living and recently acquired a new truck. So learning what works and don't takes a bit. I ran out of fuel just South of Stamford, TX. I called these guys and they went above and beyond to come and help me out and got me going. They were so polite and did it in a timely manner. I even give a shout out to the woman who answered the phone. Polite and helpful as well. Sorry for such a long review. But these guys and gals deserve great credit. I can't say enough good things about their company and character. I highly recommend these people. Thank you Martin Brother. GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU FOR WHAT YOU DID FOR ME....

We were in Stamford visiting family for the day and realized we had a nail in our tire and it was flattening fast! These guys helped us out in a pinch and fixed our flat tire quickly on a Sunday night AND at a reasonable price!! They were very kind and helpful and we truly appreciate their service.
I had an excellent experience with these guys. They were extremely helpful and went out of there way to get me back up on the road again. I would highly recommend the Martin Brothers Motor Pool company to anyone in need !
