Love how when I came today the 27th it's my first time here and your closed only notice is on the door and theirs people here amd no notice online or Google maps might have a better review once I purchase the item I'm looking for but ya very disappointed what's even worst is I came back in when they opened on Monday and come to find out their online stock was inaccurate so another trip for nothing
I went to I-35 looking for a used tailgate for my Ram pickup. There were several to choose from, so they brought me right out to the yard to to see which one I liked best. I chose a clean one for a decent price. Not only they removed it and brought it up to the front... They also helped me load it into my vehicle. Very satisfied with the service from Mike & the staff... Thank you!!
Came here looking for a part that wasn't in any salvage yards around me otherwise. They found the part and I was able to get in and out. Service was great and the front desk crew was friendly. Be prepared because they are busy sometimes
Edit: the part that I was sold that I was told would fit did not fit. I was not allowed to return the part because they don't do returns except for in-store credit. Since I was sold a part I was told would fit and did not I'm giving two stars.
A good reasonably priced pick up pull parts store I guess the only issue we had where they knew we were coming but waited till we got there to pull the part ended up taking it out an hour to an hour and a half but price was good service wasn't rude so Keep On Truckin

I got a flat tire and pulled over across the street from these awesome gentlemen. Started working to change the tire and show my 13 yr old son how to do it and two guys came out to help and then another. It was so nice to have the help. I'm capable of doing it but when tire companies install tires they often over tighten the lug nuts with the sit told making it difficult to loosen them manually. I'm very grateful for the aid these men provided. My son and I had just driven across the country and the help after a grueling move was heaven sent.
Terrible customer service. Tried stopping in twice today, first time there was nobody running the office and customers waiting that hadn't seen anybody, second time I asked for the part I need and they quoted almost new price, when I told them I could get it half price down the road just had to wait for lkq to open the were rude and said looks like I'd already found one. Looks like they lost my business.
I can't think of too many junk yards that have all of their parts and pieces completely inventoried and available for search online. I found everything I needed for the Suburban Plus, because everything was inventoried and computerized, the staff was able to search and quickly find everything I needed specifically for my vehicle.
The prices were more than fair. I did a lot of checking and was worth driving from Denton Tx. They were professional and pulled parts quickly even though clearly busy. I will use them again.
They can’t find a part that has benn bought. How can you warranty parts. If you can’t even find them. If a customer loses a receipt. You should still be able to pull a warranty. Spent money here. Part went out. Tried to have it replaced but I can’t because I don’t have an invoice. Therefore I will not suggest anyone go here. When I buy a part I need to depend on it. And depend on the place I buy it from.
It is hard tree o de use a tire for my 2006 Toyota Tundra and he had one and it cost $50 the rim and tire was awesome .Thank you I will be going to them for my needs for my truck if they have it
Prices are a little better than pick and pull which is awesome and they are way closer to me. Great people here. Every part I have needed or have got so far they have had. And the parts I've got were in good to excellent condition. This is the place to come to.
Wonderful service, excellent prices! They have new owners and are now named I35 Truck and Auto but still have the old sign up with a Honda Civic hanging from it. I drove an hour to their shop for a bumper assembly. Before I made the trip Tammy (at the front desk) sent me pictures of the bumper so I could see the condition (which was in great condition). The mechanics were very friendly and even showed me how to dismantle the bumper so I could do it myself when I got home. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing car parts!
