AAA arrived while her tow truck driver was hooking up my car to his truck. The owner, Cindy, wouldn't allow AAA to take my vehicle. I even offered to pay a trip charge . She is a thief and literally commits highway robbery. She only had to tow my car 1.8 miles to her lot from where I was and she charged me $625.00, yes, that's right, $625.00 to have my vehicle In her lot for LESS than two hours. It wasn't there from one day to the next,. She is a thief, liar, scammer, has no morals, or values, and takes complete advantage of people. I saw a review from four years ago that said she told them her credit card Machine was broken. She told us the same lie. She doesn't want to pay the fee Then only wants her customers to pay cash. That allows her to more than likely keep their car overnight and charge even more. All I have to say is… Karma baby, karma! Oof, I wouldn't want to be her.

On my way to a paintball tournament and my tire got a flat. they helped me get back on the road VERY GREAT customer service and very affordable prices!!!
My nephew was in an accident and Cindy and her employees were very helpful in the process of retrieving the truck and helpful in me getting the payment to them from over 500 miles away. This was our first time dealing with a situation like this and they were informative helpful and compassionate. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! We attempted to pay our tow bill but Cynthia, the owner, said her credit card machine is down and cash was her only payment method. Because we use company credit cards we could not pay any other way. Cynthia said that her credit card machine being down was not her problem and that if we "wanted to play hard ball, let's play." WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT USE THEM. Please make sure to file a formal complaint against them on the TDLR website.

THAT CINDY LADY IS THE RUDEST LADY EVER NO MANNERS N NEEDS TO BE TAUGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF IT WERE UP TO ME MY VEHICLE WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN TAKEN THERE SPEAKING WITH THIS WOMAN WAS JUST AS BAD OR EVEN WORSE THAN HAVING MY CAR ACCIDENT. IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD.
