Have been using the Pickup & drop off for oil change and maintenance for months now and each time the service is seem less. My vehicle is picked up on time, dropped off for my convenience and always arrives in a much better condition that I had it in. I am able to track my vehicles progress from start to finish. Would 100% recommend this easy & very convenient way to get your vehicle serviced. Special thank you to Marissa Lopez for pickup and service tech Christopher Marroquin for taking care of BOTH my vehicles so quickly and carefully. Will definitely use again

I purchased my 2019 F150 at Escamilla Ford and have had two recalls that have been addressed and repaired. Excellent service and they even delivered my truck to my home when done. This is my third truck from ESCAMILLA FORD.

Rats ate thru my wiring harness on my F350. My check engine light came on, and I was in a panic. I limped into Escamilla Ford in Hebbronville and Jesse jumped right on it and had me out of there within a few hours. During my wait, I visited with a lot of the staff, and everyone there was so friendly and nice. It made the time go by fast. I had a very pleasant experience at Escamilla Ford service. I would highly recommend if you have a problem with your Ford, taking it into Escamilla Ford Service.

Very disappointed in whole experience. Time to get done was excessive; extended warranty being denied unacceptable; and getting charged 4% for using a credit card was final straw. We will not be back.

Great experience with Jesse and everyone I encountered while my truck was in for recall work & service. They are accommodating to your schedule, kept me updated with pertinent information from diagnostics through service. Jesse and the parts department worked with me the next morning to locate a hard-to-find part, responding with timely feedback so I could get the part needed ordered and shipped ASAP. I am a first-time customer, and this is a minor repair for them (starter), but it is crucial to have it replaced before my starter completely dies. They treated me like I was a long-time, big-spending customer. Not your big city dealership

I highly recommend this dealership for their repair services. They were professional, knowledgeable and did an excellent job on my truck and did not take long enough to solve the repairs 🙌🏼 staff was very helpful and approachable and easy to talk to them. Absolute worst service. To be fair I had taken my truck there roughly seven years ago and they had me back on the road that day. Being from a city an hour and a half away, this time they had my truck for over a month. Took my truck and it was worse than when I took it in and the key would no longer come out. 2100$ and that’s because they wanted to replace the cpm which wasn’t the problem that would have bumped the total to 4000 for a truck that still drained the battery when it was off. It is at a different ford now and they are telling me that at least half if not all the work was not necessary. Avoid this criminal place as much as you can, I wouldn’t take a skateboard there. Will make another review with all the the bills and final statements from the other mechanic. To respond to the owners reply, the Truck started with a remote start then died while it was on 30 seconds later. I did tow it in and I informed your service team that the truck wasn’t registering it was in park which was never addressed. I would never take it back as I have taken it to another ford and the mechanic informed me that replacing the spark plugs did not correct the misfires. Why that was not checked again after your repair? I’m not sure how you make sure repairs actually fixed the problem but my truck shook like crazy and did not before I took it to your shop. Although unable to prove most rack problems are the seals and do not need to replace it all. The last week it was there your service manager asked if I had possibly left the door open to kill the battery and that may have been why it hadn’t started. The original reason (truck remote started and died 30 seconds later) was apparently never documented or addressed as after having it for a month your service team thought I left the door open. 1 month to not address the problem but you wanted me to take it back after charging me 2100$ to guess why I took it in. No sir, I understand my truck has high mileage but I am the original owner and have had no major problems. 1300$ in labor, I gave you guys a chance to severely reduce the bill because my truck was not fixed and y’all did go 2500$ to 2100 but again that is ridiculous. I will post everything from both mechanics and bills when it is complete.

We’re from Laredo but will make the drive out again because of how well we were treated 👍 We had had a terrible experience at a different dealership in Laredo and the service we received at Escamilla Ford in Hebbronville is incomparable. Excellent service salesman Robert Ramirez is very friendly and knowledgeable individual and takes the time to take care of us. My daughter has purchased three vehicles a Jaquer a Ford Ranger and a Chevy Truck in the last two years and is very happy especially with the service oil change etc. She will continue to purchase vehicles with Escamilla dealership.
