Went to get my oil change Saturday 2/15/2025 horrible customer service from tech name Dylan. Returned wedsday because my car was leaking oil..the tech wad very rude would not even check my car said I already had a leak..which isn't true..so I end of bringing my car to Monica bros..learn that precision didn't screw my bolts back secure....I wouldn't recommend going there to no one...and I had been dealing them for years but the new tech Dylan has no experience to do the job n very poor customer service

Brought my vehicle in because I needed my headlight bulb replaced. They did not resolve the issue and instead of making me just pay for the bulb I paid for the “labor”. They even left a light on my dash that was not there before and while they were driving MY CAR into there shop the tech managed to wreck it. It has been a week and I’ve still not heard back from there insurance!
I ended up changing out my own throttle body and throttle body sensor then found out the hard way that I had to have my truck hooked up to a machine so the computer could “re learn” the throttle body I put in. Called other places and called precision tune auto care and they were definitely cheaper. I was in and out in less than 15 mins.
I was very pleased with the experience I had at Precision Tune. Dylan let me see the filters so I could determine which ones needed to be changes now and which could wait. He let me know the belt was beginning to show some wear but that it probably should be changed 2 oil changes later. So he let me know how what to anticipate with me car but was not trying to sell me something now that I didn't need. I always appreciate his professional and honesty.

I was in for a oil change and the supervisor i assumed had a nasty attitude due to that fact that me and some other guest was laughing that casual humor and he stated yall getting service i said yes what you don’t want us in here. He said we usually don’t have people sitting mind you it’s raining where would he want us to sit

Eric and his team have been servicing my vehicles for several years now. Always courteous, never pushy, and only fixes what needs fixing. Highly recommend if you want honest mechanic work.
Went to get my regular 5000 mile oil change and the waiting area was so hot that I wanted to just walk out. I stayed and got it gone because I was the only person there and could be in and out. Personal wasn't very accommodating be it is what it is.
My dad brought his vehicle to this place for some routine work. They did the work, took the vehicle on a test drive to confirm, then wrecked the vehicle. What was routine maintenance ended up being a vehicle with a wrecked hood, broken grille, cracked windshield and a few other damages. Not to mention that the maintenance itself wasn't done correctly. They gave it back to my dad without fixing it. My dad said they wouldn't even look him in the eye and talk directly to him when they told him that one of their mechanics wrecked his vehicle. The manager apparently yelled out about it from his office and pressured my dad to sign the receipt to get his vehicle back. When I call about it they only say that they submitted the issue to their insurance company and won't say anything else. My dad is a senior citizen with health issues and has difficulty working out issues like this, so it looks like they took advantage of him. The insurance company has supposedly called my dad but he says he never heard from them. I am currently looking into legal remedies. Don't bring your vehicle here because they might take it for a joyride, wreck it, then not have the integrity to own up to what they did while trying to take advantage of you.
They do not like to back their work. Their worker messed up my vehicle, and they are very rude and courteous. When it comes to your vehicle, you ask them to speak to the supervisor and they will not let you speak to a supervisor because they want to argue with the customer That the person that was supposed to fix the problem did not mess up your vehicle I went in to get my thermostat changed, and the person that changed my thermostat messed up other things on my vehicle. All I asked for the company to do was back their work, and at least help me figure out what he could have done or him show us a walk us through the process on what he done to reset my whole computer in my car when all he was supposed to do is clear codes , but the person that I spoke with the guy I spoke with, would not let me speak to his manager and he is really rude and courteous as I said So, with that being said, I will be contacting their corporate office and the Better Business Bureau on this company.
**ATTENTION: HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM*
This precision auto tune located next to Walmart on Twin City Highway has damage the drain plug on my truck ( previously owned by my mother, this is where she went to have the oil change done). The manager of the shop outright refused to hear or view the proof that they caused damage. Then they threatened to file trespassing charges on me (no cussing and the argument was not escalated).

Great place to come & get your repairs taken care of. Everyone is really nice, personable, & funny. I don’t know a thing about coors…curs…cars, but I never felt like they took advantage of that. I’ll definitely be coming back. If you like good service, nice guys with pretty eyes & no lies, come here.
If you need any vehicle maintenance, this is the place to go. I walked into a friendly customer atmosphere provide by Ray at the desk. He took care better care of me than any other auto shop in the area while providing me with amazing prices for an oil/transmission fluid change and tire rotation. I will be waking up everyday wishing to be back. until next time Ray, until next time..
Love this place!!!It has become my all time stop to first because the mechanic here will solve all your problems. Good people that will help you and have a decent conversation with you which is just in the raising up A+ in my book. They even give great discounts!!! My alternator went out and he fixed it with no problem and he had closed but actually waited for me to get my car now THATS GREAT SERVICE.
Great place to get the oil changed in your vehicles. Friendly, fast and reliable service. Didnt bat an eye when my wife told the gentleman working that she needed an oil change and a new oil filter. Price was reasonable and we were in and out in twenty five minutes tops. Did not try to sell us anything we did not need. Would highly recommend to any one need standard lube work.
