Bought a car in April from them they hid rusty gouges with shoe polish, put 3 wrong hubcaps on & didn't bother mailing the other r the plates or the title or the registration!
Below is a review that I gave this Body Shop after bringing my car in for repair. I had only given them two Star’s for the work the did for me. Today I’m changing their rating. Before I had put too much weight on the way the car looked after they repaired it. Looks can be deceiving. The car had been totaled. And they did the work to take it out of that status; they restored the vehicle to a usable state. They took care of both the physical and mechanical issues caused by the accident. Was the car beautiful after the repairs? No! But it doesn’t look like a totaled car either.
“I wanted my car repaired. All they did was change out some parts. They didn’t do any of the body work. I had to go to another body shop to have the body work done. They were too expensive for putting on a few parts. The car didn't even look like I took it to a professional body shop.”
Don’t get hung up on the way things look. Quality work at a reasonable price has value. All bodyshops are different. They have different abilities and work ethics. It’s very important to have a car that is safe to drive, and it doesn’t really matter how it looks.
