I was stuck in Port Arthur TX traffic light because my clutch had slipped. There was no hope of my moving International LT625 off to the side of the road or diesel mechanic shop. I had gotten a tow from Johnny's Towing & Recovery, and from the beginning they were spectacular. The owner and operator of this company Paul made it easy for me during a trying time and appreciate him and his support.
These guys offered me a place to shower, laundry, shelter, food, and more. I'm unsure if this is normal treatment but, these guys were HEAVEN SENT.
John came very fast and was very professional when he came to get my vehicle. And as a bonus he insisted my car wouldn’t be put down if shop didn’t have my tire in stock and also offered to take me to another shop if my tire wasn’t available at the first shop 5 stars ++++
Called here and got Chris on the phone for a last minute emergency tow to rescue my Jeep from a less than honest shop. I told him we had an hour to go get my Jeep and bring it home. He said yes sir! Outstanding service, his son came out and actually did the job and totally impressed my wife with his courteous and respectful demeanor. These guys are totally legit, totally reasonable with the price. You absolutely cannot go wrong with them.
Johnny’s towing is the ONLY towing service I’ll ever use — my 3rd time using them and they continue to exceed expectations. Super fair, flexible, and fast. Big shoutout to Daniel for being helpful and honest.
I don’t write a lot of reviews, actually hardly ever, but I must give a “shout-out” to this company. They were fast, understanding, careful, friendly, and professional. They towed my car from Bridge City to Nederland. They kept me updated on time of arrival and had great communication. They tow all over southeast Texas and are super fair in price. I hope I don’t have to use them again but if I need a tow, I’m going with them hands down.
Tow truck told me he was on his way and then never call me back but said he couldn't come because he had a police call for a wreck, which was more money. Never call me back to tell me anything horrible service
Family member vehicle broke down on Hwy 73 on top of bridge between 9th st. I was called Johnny’s Towing they quickly answered my phone call stated will be there in 15 min. They were there in 15 mins and I was grateful they charged us very fair price. I called a Wrecker before them and they said 1:30 min. So I am grateful and highly recommend.
My son who lives in Houston broke down in Beaumont so he called Johnny's... They met them there took the keys and said they would be back to get the car tomorrow because it needed to go to Nissan place and it was closed because it was Sunday... My son's car was in a dealerships parking lot which was safe to leave it there, so yeah Johnny's went out of their way to fix them up and make them feel comfortable about a stressful situation and are truly very professional people... I'm fact I referred them just 4 days ago to a friend that had a blowout and highly recommend them to everyone... I have used Johnny's for over 30 years pretty much... Great company with great people.

My passenger side ball joint broke while driving. Around 11:30pm called for a tow and was picked up in less than 10 minutes. I was only 8 minutes from home. Very kind man and good conversation. Very personable! Would recommend! great price!
He went so above and beyond what he had to do! Got my shuttlebus unstuck from the Louisiana mud, something with my power steering went and he helped me find a garage to take it to also! Highly recommended
Stephen was able to charge the dead 12 volt battery in my 2020 RAV4 hybrid with a portable charger and back it out of the garage for me so I could drive it (my choice) to Philpott Toyota for service. He was very personable and professional.
I have an AWD sports car (GTR) and was nervous about the towing. Jorge B showed up very fast, super friendly, and professional. I could tell he likes his job. I highly recommend.

Great customer service. I call when I need a tow, when I lock my keys in my vehicle. Whenever I need a jump. As a woman, it's difficult to find guys I can trust. I've never been overcharged or felt uncomfortable.

I highly recommend Johnny's Towing, very professional, fast service and not 5o mention they picked up our BMW on side of highway n 5ow3d it 5o where I 5hpught worked on BMW s after waiting all weekend to find out they didnt, so I called them to pickup car and bring it to a place in Beaumont that does work on them n they had my car picked up n dropped off within 2 hours and didn5 charge me to relocate the car, simply top notch service!!!!!
