Driver doing 50 in a residential area and riding my bumper. Called their office and was talked to very rudely and did not take my concern seriously. Young kids live in the area. Very unprofessional and unconcerned.
Their specific truck I needed for my tow was down that day. Although they couldn’t provide me with a tow, the owners wife still tried to help me by personally reaching out to another tow company I had tried to reach right before that call. Above & beyond customer service…was much appreciated!!
