Can’t go running people off the road because you have lights on trying to beat the other tow truck to the seen. That doesn’t make you an emergency vehicle. Twin city hwy 6am 1-13-25
Gulf Towing had been in this area for many years, fifty at least. They are very curious and they were prompt in arriving for me. Just minimal questions asked so they can locate you. The price was probably on the normal scale for the service I needed. I will surely use them again.
Despite they took so long to arrive at my place to tow my car, but ultimately I found their service professional. They carefully towed my car from the pickup point to my home.
Requested to be towed and they came and jumped my battery instead of towing me saying I'd be able to get home. I broke down almost immediately after and when we called back they denied our request for towing multiple times, leaving us in the cold for literally no reason after already lying. This is one of the worst towing companies I've had the misfortune of working with.
Was turned down by 3 other wrecker services to get something moved, airport said they could do it, showed up with a good attitude and got the job done for me. Awesome group of guys
This absolute joke of a business damaged my car during an illegal tow they conducted. Even though my apartment complex rectified the situation to the best of their ability, these folks knocked our headlight out and cords became disconnected. Do not trust these people with your vehicle, there are much better towing services than here.
Horrible experience with this company. Drivers were supposed to get my 3 on 3 separate days. 1st day no one ever showed and no one called to inform me on this. 2nd day the drives couldn’t get the car without causing damage. The very next day the same drivers call me and tell me the car is now locked and the key is gone. Their manager or the drivers took no accountability for this when the employees are last known to be inside the car. 10/10 would not reccomend.
They towed my car after a wreck friday afternoon. I went to the hospital to get checked out. Came out Friday evening and called to start getting things out of my car because my bf was with me. No drivers available. Ok. One driver did call me back and said he was going to Silsbee and it would be roughly 3 hours before he could get back. So we waited. A man pulled up about 10 minutes later and he was able to let us in. I was able to get most of my things before he said he had to go he got a call. I went back there the following night after my SO drove me from Louisiana to get the rest of my things. When I called the after hours service the same rude man asked me what my problem was this time. I said I was unable to get all of my things from the vehicle. He took my info and said someone would call me back. 3 hours later nothing. We sat in front of the office for 3 hours. Sunday I was able to get there again (from my SO work in louisiana) and when I called the answering service yet again he said I should have gotten my stuff out sooner and he will have someone call me.
A man did call and there were people there to let me get the rest of the belongings. The driver I spoke to came in and said he was sorry as the call that came in from me on Saturday was marked as a duplicate call and he ignored it.
Whoever is answering the phones after hours should be removed from that position and put back into the closet and never let out again. Rude. Unprofessional. Nosey. Abrupt.

I probably would have been ok with this entire experience as I understand the wrecker business but him asking me what is my problem now? No sir.
Service was garbage and one of the tow truck drivers has a bad attitude problem. He lies and then have the nerve to call people phone with an attitude. He really doesn't need to be dealing with people at all.
These guys saved my bacon! Came all the way out to Sea Rim State Park and saved my truck from the rising tide. Mike was awesome, and their fee was more than reasonable. Would definitely recommend!
As far as I know they are the best in the area. Needed a tow in a bit of a pinch, and got great service. Johnny went above and beyond to help me and my vehicle get home. I would definitely call them again.

After stopping to get gas last week, my car wouldn't start...wouldn't turn over or even make a sound. Figuring it would have to be towed, I called Airport Gulf. When Johnny got there, he asked me to pop the hood...a few seconds later he said to try starting it and it cranked right up! He told me the battery cable was loose and needed to be replaced. I thanked him and asked what I owed but he didn't charge me anything...said he was glad to help. I so appreciate him and Airport Gulf!!
Waa almost sideswiped by one of their drivers yesterday. Saw him driving like an idiot almost causing at least 3 accidents in the span of a few minutes.
I didn't have a tow but i was pulling out of heb on twin city this morning and my light my clearly green and this flat bed tow truck comes shooting across twin City that driver is a idiot!!!!
I am not believing the amount these guys are trying to charge to tow my vehicle from a wreck to a shop about 3 miles away from the wreck site! $600 dollars! Not to mention the fact that the officer had to tell the driver how to pull my car out without causing more damage... and the guy DROPPED my car back into the ditch he was pulling it out of. I actually recorded the whole thing and I'm SO glad I did!
The lady I spoke to over the phone was extremely rude when I tried to verify some information about a towing. Given a choice, I would send my business elsewhere in the future.
