From the very 1st call from ms. Stacy, I knew I was at the right place. Amy questions I might have had, they already were giving me the rundown about. Kind, courteous, honest! The ladies there take care of you. Even when my car was deemed a total loss, the y showed genuine concern & even explained to me why it was a total loss. If you need repairs or body work, give Carstar a chance. Even w/out a car, I left better for meeting them.
My car was quickly assessed, parts were obtained, and repairs made as promised. Though I haven’t had it long enough to see if anything was not repaired correctly, there is nothing thus far to indicate otherwise.
My car was brought to car star after an accident on the front end of my car. When i dropped it off i told them to check everything with the A/c because since the accident our A/c had stopped working. They waited until the day i got there to pick it up to inform me that “they dont work on a/c’s and that we would have to bring it somewhere else”. On top of that ever since our car has left their shop we have had oil leaks and continue to have A/c issues with our car. Also, whoever put the hood ornament back on the car must have been drunk because of how crooked it is. They also never adjusted the headlights on the car so the lights to aim right, which makes it hard to see at night. This all took place about a year ago but the fact that im still having these issues after they were supposed to fix everything, made me mad enough to go out of my way to write a very honest review of this establishment. Honestly, ive had great luck with town and country ford in groves. Their prices are steeper, but atleast everything will be done right and you will leave there being satisfied. I
I was thoroughly with CarStarr from checkin, service , keeping me updated about my repairs and checkout . The staff were all amazing. They alleviated all the stress . Thank you !
I’m not one to rush and write a review right after i pick Up my vehicle, i like to give it a few months to see if everything is repaired correctly. Front bumper is not staying tight against the fender like the other side is. The headlight on the driver side shines lower than the passenger side. The accident was an inconvenience now i have to get this repaired correctly is just more of an inconvenience and time i don’t have to waste
It's wonderful being connected to CARSTAR, the Kings, and their wonderful staff again. The Customer Service, and car service are superb. I was sideswiped by a motorcycle that looked like a bicycle with a motor, and it only took them a few days to repair it.
Absolutely amazing! I was completely blown away by the work that was done to my ram. They went above and beyond. Very humble and respectful group of people. Definitely a professional establishment. Highly recommend!

Highly Recommend CARSTAR Port Arthur-- repairs took place as promised with exceptional care. They met my expectations that they set early in the process and made sure they communicated throughout the entire process.
I was late picking up my vehicle and they stayed late to ensure I was able to pickup my car. Extremely courteous and my vehicle came back looking brand new.
My friend went in to check for the work needed on a minor fender bender. The person in the shop not only gave an outrageous quote and was very unclear on the diagnosis needed. Thankfully we got another quote from someone close by at half the price. Half the items they suggested needed replacement weren’t actually needed. Cannot be sure if it is incompetence or dishonesty but it wasn’t an overall good experience. Please do better.
Great work , fast work. I was wondering about the Port strike and getting parts for a expensive car but was oos for about 2 weeks waiting. But I have other cars so didn't have to rent.

I personally do not recommend this shop. Brought my lexus here to have right front end repaired only because insurance insisted and when my wife picked up vehicle it was throwing codes for headlight that they replaced. Insurance informed me that CARSTAR said it was because I must of had aftermarket headlights and the original left one wasnt matching up with the replacement on right. (Vehicle has been stock since bought from dealer) I brought it to lexus in Clearlake for them to find issue, after paying lexus $500 the technician said that the right light that CARSTAR install was not plugged in correctly and wasn't making good connections, he said most likely they was already paid for job and didn't want to eat labor cost to fix it because they would of had to remove whole front end again to fix plug. I'm sure others had good experience but I had to come out of pocket extra money for the lack of their professionalism (at least the sorry individual that worked on my car). Even wreaked my vehicle wasn't throwing codes they should not have let it be picked up let alone be considered completed with warning codes. Other repairs was done fine but something so simple ignored over profit in my opinion.
My car was stolen, (yes I was a victim of the ‘Kia boys’) I let it be known that I absolutely loved my car so when they knew it would be totaled by the insurance company the entire office was so kind Lol and tried to offer suggestions to erase the sting and one of the ladies even came out to hug me. My visit was short and no physical work (estimate) was done but I would use them again. I appreciate people that care when they don’t have too. Thank you for your prompt service and kindness.
My vehicle was side swiped on 12/27/24. Car Star staff, especially Stacy, were incredible to work with! I dropped my car off on Friday 01/05/24 with a pick up estimation for 01/19/24 but they finished the work on my vehicle in 5 days! I would absolutely recommend this Car Star location to anyone needing body work done on their vehicle. My car looks perfect and I could not have asked for better service!
Never use again. Never communicated unless we called them. No status update. Tech was following to close to traffic infront of him and wrecked car while in their care. Nearly 4 weeks to repair. No apologies and attitude as if we had no right to be upset. Told us things happen oh well. Made repairs from their accident in it without our approval or allowing us to see the damage. But oh well things happen. Owner spoke to us as if we were her children and had no right to be mad. Never in my lifetime will we use them again. Making it my mission to make sure everyone knows what happened and the response we experienced from this company owner.
Your response isn’t very mature either. You rushed to fix your “accident “ before we were able to even view the damage without authorization from owner of the vehicle. You call it quick response to fix the issue. I call it a cover up of what really happened to my car in your care. We had every right to be upset. As for the business owner, when someone speaks in a condescending and sarcastic manner you will leave yourself to being labeled just that.
I just got the vehicle today, so I’d like more time driving it to make sure everything is good. That’s the only reason for my 4 stars instead of 5. The work speaks for itself
