Over 10 hours loading. First the facility said they were short-staffed, then claimed we were late, even though our paperwork shows an open window with no appointment scheduled. They’re just making excuses! Extremely inefficient and frustrating experience.

My experience was for the most part pretty well getting loaded. You go through the check-in process and immediately turn left and back into a dock once available. After that they will load up rolls in your trailer and make sure you provide two straps for them to tie down.. and talk about 1.5 hours to get loaded and paperwork ready. And then you scale out on your way out no need to go back in after scaling out unless you want to get a scale ticket for a additional fee..

They do load you in about 2 hours. Don't listen to the reviews as far as showing up early. I sat in this dock since 830 am because the reviews made it seem you can get loaded early. I was the only truck here for two hours. I could have got loaded but they decided not too. Then paperwork takes another 30 mins

You go to the scales, then you register, then you wait more than two hours until they start shipping! There is no overnight parking. The staff is rude!

It has been 8 hours and not even start getting loaded. Avoid at all cost . Not worth it

Truck driver 15 It’s an aggressive driver driving recklessly at Houston Freeway area. He was break, checking with a big load with a 18 wheeler and he was aggressively flicking us off through the freeway. Tt’s ridiculous. how a company has drivers driving for them for their loads knowing they don’t know how to drive accordingly. 06-06-25 Freeway 45 north!!!

3/27/25 I have no complaints about this place from check in 2 check out was about a hr & half 15mins of that was waiting on paperwork. No overnight parking so i gotta take a ⭐️ ?

A lot of the reviews may be true, but I also think it depends on which area you’re going in. I went to pick up a load on 3rd St., Docs XF and was in and out in 15 minutes. We will come back

Picked up 8/20 - Arrived the night before on 8/19 and was allowed to park overnight on site and was advised by very nice and polite security guard to reverse into assigned dock and sleep the night. There was also a porta potty and handwashing station available next to loading docks. Got loaded first thing in the morning within 2 hours. Thanks Inteplast Group!

I have never had a truly bad experience picking up loads here. I am usually in a dock and loaded right away. I've not delivered any loads here, so I cannot comment on that experience.

Don't really understand all the negative reviews but for receiving I had a really great experience! This review is dated 5-9-2024 I had a 1:00 p.m. appointment arrived at 4:00 a.m. today of my appointment! Upon entering you must go on the scale turn off your truck get out talk to the guard who will then instruct you where you can overnight park! You make a right to go to receiving I'm not certain about shipping but I assume it's the same route you can parallel park anywhere within the complex out of the way on the side parallel on the shoulders of any of the roadways within the complex and it is huge! Receiving hours are 0700 to 1500 once you're ready to check in you go across a makeshift walkway bridge you will see where it says check in with receiving press the ringer you're not allowed in the building! Ray will come out it may be a moment they're short-handed like everybody else in this country! They'll check you in to sign you a door that may be right there or it might be at another location within the complex! You can overnight park here before unloading and after unloading! ⚠️ WARNING!! GPS SENT ME IN FROM ROUTE 59 left on route 172 go about 13 miles to route 616 to make a right and then go to route 1593 make a left! THAT IS NOT A TRUCK ROUTE! Follow GPS to route 59 make a left on route 172 go about 7 miles to route 3131 which says truck route make a right go about 3 mi to route 1593 make a left go a few miles down and Inteplast will be on the left side! See all photos great receiver don't know much about the shipping Department!

Fast unloading, nice people. I didn’t like that I had to go to 3 different facilities first before being directed to the one that was going to unload my trailer. That took the longest, because they only took 20 min to offload the product.

If you’re picking up large poly/fabric totes/sacks filled with white powder compound you scale in on right like normal. Then after you check in @ guardhouse, you will be directed to go straight @ intersection to warehouse on left just after 4th street. Probably will back into either dock 4 or 5. To check in with Shipping, you’ll have go into warehouse dock area(make sure your wearing safety vest & glasses ) as you will need to keep going straight thru dock area into maintenance area thru an open warehouse area into where shipping office is on right hand side as you follow the wall. They will have you wait in your truck and bring your paperwork out to you when finished loading(guard at guard house doesn’t seem to tell you that when checking in?). Loading is quick compared to the warehouse most everyone is sent to for plastic wrap. The reason for 3 stars is this stuff makes a mess of the floor of your trailer. It leaks out of its bag and looks like you’re smuggling cocaine after being unloaded at your delivery (see pics). A little more professionalism when loading and less thrashing the product with the forklift probably wouldn’t have same result. Other than that, pretty much the same as what other reviews said. Some people seem a little too sensitive for being in this profession of trucking. This place is huge and what negative experiences you get are possibly from other sources (brokers, mega carriers lying to get load covered,appointments not made, understaffed because of sickness and lack of personal, etc). Go easy on the negativity and ask your agent, driver manager, broker for detention or extra pay for your time and inconvenience. Expect 2 to 4hrs when coming for a load here and don’t expect if you arrive extremely early they’ll take you in right away . This place normally goes by appt. time and later in the day it gets stacked up with trucks. Worse case you’ll do a 10hr break while being loaded and can takeoff after, they have a big yard and will find room for ya. Update 2/14/24: Returned for a 1pm appt. to p/u product(plastic bags)to be loaded over-gross(80,360 lbs). Had to return and get 1ea skid removed(79,140 lbs gross). Whole in and out 3hrs. Need p/u # to begin w/ a letter(example V1A123 or X12345 or 21A123). To outside porta potties but no overnighting. Forklift Operator had a heavy foot leaving lots of skid marks on trailer floor(see pic). Everyone friendly and cooperative. Need at least 2ea straps or Ld locks. Slide trailer tandems to rear. Safety vest not mandatory but encouraged.

Came here for pickup (no appointment) and they loaded me quickly. Make sure bring your trailer very clean. They do gross weight on scale during in and out. If you want to do per axle weight then you have to pay $5 cash to guard. Gross weight is free.

OTR: Delivered a few times. Hours for Receiving Office 8a-3p, Lunch 12-1p. Overnight parking is available. Only portable potty. Location has several buildings and docks. Will be provided a map and directions.

I showed up early got checked in they didn’t call me to get in a dock until 45 minutes past my appointment time. Then once in the dock been sitting for hours. They are in no rush to get anyone loaded. I would not recommend this place to get loads from.

This is a good place to get loaded, when I arrived here, you have to get on the scale before checking in at the guard shack. Once you do that, they'll direct you on where to go, in my case I went to the dock near the entrance. There is a couple of porta potty outside the check-in door. There's a Pepsi vending machine inside. I immediately got a dock, they didn't start loading until after 40 min. Once they got started, I think it took them 30 min to load my trailer. Once you get your green light, go inside and grab your BOLs then head to the guard shack, there's a scale in front of it, get on it then walk back to the guard shack. Then you head out. People are nice, big facility. I was there for 8 hours. It wasn't really their fault, more like the broker who lied to me. At the end it worked out good for me. Got out at 9:30 pm, pretty good time to crossed Houston. If I had to do that on the rush hour, it would have been a nightmare.

People are nice. Facility is large and can be confusing to find the right building to get loaded. 3 hrs to get in the dock door and loaded. Overnight parking is a plus. GPS is probably going to take you past the entrance you need to turn in on. If you are Southbound and miss it, you have to go down about 4-5 miles to find a turnaround.

I mostly get unloaded here. I try to be here early, they will let you sleep overnight.. always friendly and courteous people here. Never had any problems getting loaded or unloaded. Y’all be safe out there!

Would've given 5 stars but they only have porta potties which isn't very Lady Trucker friendly and they make the driver put up their own load locks. Other than that, Arrived Early, at 1335 for a 1500 appointment. Had a gate by 1345 and were being loaded by 1410. Love that they have their own scale!! You weigh in and you weigh out. Were fully loaded by our Original Appointment time and out the gate with paperwork by 1530

Use Google maps to get here GPS won't work correctly. Nice place huge plenty of space to back in no problem. My appointment was at 3pm arrived at 1pm was given a door and loaded immediately. When you arrive pull in to the right weigh your truck and check in at the guard shack. On your way out you scale out. Axle weight $5 cash. If you want axle weight you have to STOP at the guard shack FIRST and LET THEM KNOW BEFORE YOU PULL ON THE SCALE!!!!! If you don't you will just get gross weight. People are friendly, I would definitely come back. In and out 50 minutes. God Bless, stay safe and Keep on Trucking ?

in and out in 45 mins (drop n hook and took my 30 min brk) guard was super friendly and helpful...weigh trk/trlr while going in and you can get axle weight when leaving ($5)

Got here at 8:20am place was empty nice security guard friendly loader in and out fast great place to pick up a load

No way is this place anything at all like those bad reviews. They put me into a dock almost 2 hours ahead of my appointment, had my truck completely loaded in 25 minutes, and had my BOLs for all 3 stops done in another 5 minutes. Everybody was extremely polite, outgoing, and friendly. Very pleasant experience.
