Sheila and Nick were like the most amazing tow experience that I’ve ever had. (And my lifestyle is pretty hilarious providing for a few tow experiences) After breaking down on the side of a highway 84 in the middle of wonderful glorious (I mean that) west Texas, they were prompt, communicated so well, were kind, open to helping in every way patient as we had a two month road trip of things to unload. He stopped at the motel then took the car to the mechanic and was just simply AMAZING!

Let me begin with…I had no business driving out in this weather. I slid off the road and got stuck. Wilson Wrecker answered and provided an estimated arrival time. They were on point, quick and professional. Pricing for the conditions was reasonable. I am grateful. Overall service was great!
You don’t have a score low enough for you guys. I pushed the KIA Road-side Assistance in my KIS after I hit a cone 64 miles out of Lubbock. The person gave me an ETA of 55 minutes.
I had pneumonia, diarrhea my dog, not enough water for both of us. I kept calling all night. It was the same story with an ETA of whatever they made up. I finally got an email from Loui or someday. I can’t remember what he said exactly, but it was along the lines of, “Sorry to leave you there so long. We dont have a service provider there within our network. Maybe if we wait a while.
I’ll never get over that night and I’m sitting in urgent care right now because of the lies. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I hadn’t even made it out of that nightmare when I got this message “How did we do.” WOW. I could go on all day about the continuous lies you told me, and for what, I have no idea.
I was driving a rental car back to the most beautiful city on earth (Lubbock). And like a bonehead, I ran out of gas. Stupid rental. I was about 6-7 miles SE of Post, TX. You thought that was the worst part? Nope, it was also 2:00am. I called Wilson Wrecker, explained the situation, and in less than 10 minutes the dispatcher had someone on the way. About 30 minutes later the driver parked the rental car in front of a fuel pump better than if he was driving it himself. In less than an hour after running out of gas in the middle of nowhere on the side of the highway, I was driving down the highway again and on my way home to God's chosen land. All for less than it costs to take my family out to eat.
Terrible company, owner don't care about the customers the wrecker driver is incompetent, rude, and ex cop because he kept on telling me to intimate me. If possible don't ever use them.

Nick mada a miserable expirence of my truck breaking down, into a very enjoyable encounter. I highly reccomend Wilson Wrecker Service to anyone in need of a vehicle tow. I spent minimal time (2 hours total from breakdown to hotel room) on the side of the road. Nick reccomended a mechanic, a place to stay, and local food within walking distance. I estimated the cost of this service above what was charged. Good people and good rates
My mom and I broke down, and Nick is an angel on earth! He was obviously concerned about our safety, as we were two women traveling solo. He advised us on where we should take it, which was a mechanic close to some hotels (since it was night time and they were closed). He also helped my mom get in and out of the tow truck when he gave us a ride. When we called, we were quoted $425, but he charged us $258. He made us feel much better about the situation. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
After a Sunday evening accident, this company was very helpful in helping us recover our belongings from our minivan which was totaled. He even went to the extra trouble of recovering the CDs that were stuck in the player for the children. Thank you!!!!!
Extremely nice and helpful. The tow trucker went out of his way to call a local mechanic that could fix my vehicle. Very reasonable towing price as well! Great overall experience.
