Left vehicle for repair. It was parked out near a ditch for 7 days. When asked when it would be repaired the reply was "maybe by the next week they could get to it."..
I took it elsewhere and was repaired the next day. No stars.
Excellent service. I had a leak and he found the issue (wiper fluid) and didn't charge me anything even though I insisted to pay for his time. Went in for a tire repair one day and prices were beyond fair. Thank you Lucky!

Had a set of tires mounted and balanced tires shook bad looked at weights still had old weights on wheels. Took bad and they balanced tires it's better got home and looked and one if the center piece was missing would not recommend.
Friendly and efficient service! My visit was for my annual inspection. I'm sure I'll be back at some point.. I tend to do quite a bit of my own service, but there's always those times, one doesn't want to deal with it, due to schedule, etc.
I highly recommend William Capps and his staff at Lucky's in Wolfe City. They have friendly staff, the price always seems reasonable, and I have never had an issue when taking a work vehicle or my personal vehicle. The time required for service also meets my expectations.
