Staff is cool, helpful and friendly. Prices are beyond reasonable. They were fair, honest, and even helped me load up. Definitely will continue doing business with them
I called to double check a part they have listed as available online. They told me they have the part it is available and that they would have it waiting for me. I arrived and was told they still needed to pull the part. After waiting about 30 minutes I was told they can't find the car anywhere and when they looked in the computer it was listed as crushed. The drive there is a little over an hour from my house which means 2.5 hours of driving there and back. They did however tell me where else I could find the part to which I am very happy with which is why I didn't give them a 1 star rating. However it is their job to know what they have and what has been crushed and if someone had simply looked on the computer to see it was crushed instead of lying to try and make a sell I wouldn't have wasted so much of my day driving in the opposite direction of the next yard that says they have it leaving me without any time to go to another yard to get the part today. So if you're looking to go here I'll give you the advice the guy behind the counter gave me you should ask them to send you a picture of the light before you make the drive to make sure they actually have the part
The owner/ Grey haired man was condescending over some wheels. He called me a thief and said he "didn't want investigators around." When I asked for a part for an older vehicle after that he got loud with me and lectured me on what year this is. Exactly bud!! It's 2024 and your business is outdated unless you're money laundering. I told him anything you have I can get online and that made him angry. I gave him more than one chance over the last year. Save your time, skip the profit skimming middle man and buy online.
Owner provides a very poor customer service experience. He is clearly too overwhelmed to communicate with respect or think with common sense. It's a shame considering I live 20 minutes from them and have been driving to Dallas for engines and transmissions. But I'd rather keep driving to Dallas than allow my money to fund a man who communicates with potential customers the way he does.
Rude! Called at 10:30 this morning to see about a part for my SUV. Sent pictures and was told he'd look and let me know. After 5 hours I called 3 more times I was finally cursed out and told they don't have it. Would not recommend wasting your time.
Too expensive. rude on the phone .did not want to help pull parts In the rain. Did not know all prices Too busy to give customers good customer service probably would not go back
I call morning to ask about a part and they told me it’s available! I gave them my card information to put it on hold and I asked them to make sure if it’s available because I have to drive almost 2 hours, they confirmed that part is available ! When I arrived to there after 2 hours driving they just said sorry it’s sold no available !!!
Very friendly and courteous. Yard can get muddy if it has been raining. Wear boots. Also a couple of dogs are there to welcome visitors. I'll return if I need parts
They came and found me on the side of the road but from that area so I didn't make it easy on them to find me but he did and got me back on the road in minutes thanks
I was looking for a door for my Mustang (of which is hard to find NOT wrecked to hell) and they had just what I was looking for. Not just that, but the door was in SPECTACULAR condition! I will definitely go back there any time I need parts. Thank you Jr. and Glen for the exceptional service!
Went in the place wanting to find some parts. Right when I entered the door I just felt rushed. Kept asking me what part and told them it’s a special part that’s hard to find, told me, “sounds like and eBay part.” I then explained what it was and guy told me they don’t have time to look for a part that costs $20 and it'll take $60 instead of trying to find it for me. Basically told me they don’t have time for me to get the part I’m needing. Maybe if they’d open it up for customers to search for what they need instead of people that get paid to find it, but yet don’t have time to they would have business. Definitely won’t be back…..
