I head the commercials “bypass the bypass” and boy was it worth it! This place is awesome with exceptional staff. This is my new go to place for all things metal, including pipe, and welding supplies!!
This place was unexpectedly awesome. I went to get some expanded metal, and they had it much cheaper than anywhere around, I drove 2 hours to get it because it was such a good deal. The best part was the service. Impeccable service. They thanked me for my business, were super friendly, and even walked me to the section for some other parts I was looking for. Can not recommend enough.
I spoke with Jennifer. It’s been quite a long time since I’ve had such incredible customer service. She went way above and beyond assisting me and had great follow-up. It would have been so easy for her to just say “No, we don’t have any”. I taught exceptional customer service courses with American Express and I would have hired her immediately. Me and my family have been coming here for years and just did another big project with them. Customer service is always 100% as they will help you with all your questions and dont hesitate to find a cheaper way to do it. Even in this crazy world of price gouging they have the best pricing around. I will only use Henson's
Husband and I visited this store for the first time and we will never return ! We went into the store and we were the only customers there walking around for at least 15 minutes looking for a certain item . There were 3 male employees at the counter who ignored our presence the whole time we were there . We looked at them and they even made eye contact with us but continued to ignore us . We know how it feels being an interracial couple to be discriminated against and they were the perfect example of true racism / bigotry of the ( good ole boy ) America ! When we walked out they still refused to speak or acknowledge us . So we left there and decided not to go to the big box hardware store , so we chose to go to the next closest hardware store in which was Rowletts Hardware Store in Godly , Tx . We were greeted with a smile as we entered the store for the first time ever . The employee was very helpful and he had a smile the whole time he assisted us . He talked to us as if he had known us for years ! We informed them that it was our first visit to their business and how badly we were treated at their competitor near-by . We were proud to spend our hard earn money at a business that truly accepts us regardless of our race or our appearance . If we could give a zero rating we would !!! ☹️?
