Rude service by both the clerk and the cashier. Part are in general more expensive than other places. You pay first so if you get tired of waiting you're stuck. Your best bet is to look somewhere else first and leave this place as a last resort. Is always a good idea to call ahead first and if they have your part, ask if they can pull it for you so you don't have to wait so long. Nice big and clean place.

Called them multiple times looking for a transmission. Each time, I had difficulty understanding the guy as he seemed to speak poor english (my spanish is practically nonexistent) and once I asked him to repeat something so that i could attempt to understand him clearly, i was either hung up on or the phone was left unattended until i gave up and disconnected the call. Horrible customer service and a waste of time.

gave us a “good motor”. had so many problems. oil leaks everywhere cracked knock sensors. oil pressure switch was broken in half. bolts stuck in block. harmonic balancer was smashed in. don’t buy motors from here.

Had my car in there for 3 weeks when i was told a week and a half. I’ve called over and over and they changed the dates 4 times. When my car was done I wasn’t called, now they’re trying to charge me 1000 CASH when I was told 700 for installation.

If you want to get here, get ready to wait for nearly an hour, possibly even more. If you don't like wasting time here, look elsewhere.

Been waiting here for 3 hours already.Came to pickup a motor that was supposed to be ready and now they are telling me that motor is incomplete and now they are removing parts from the motor I brought in exchange so they can install them in the motor they just sold me for 1,300

Went in to look for a window they did not have it, so they suggested I order one. Which I went ahead and did. The guy "helping" me did not order it when we asked why, he ended up being rude about the whole situation. Kept on telling us we didn't have to buy from him. Which we did not. His name is Pedro. Best of luck with the attitude.

I waited for a very long time like an hour to two hours and the lines are not even that long and they gave me the wrong part very bad here not recommended at all.

Worsed place ever payed 1000 for a motor brought it by pulling it and taking it by pulling it the managers attitude is the worse very disrespectful bad language. Never ever gonna bring anything to this place anymore and never will recommend this place. I'm gonna take this to an upper step wether they like it or not

I called for Jeep part and was told they had it. Drove 30 minutes to buy it. When asked for part I was told they had just sold it. This was a lie. I saw the junked Jeep seating in front of there yard. I got P.O. when back and demanded they sale me the part, they did. This was B.S..

To anyone reading reviews, some reviews are ugly. These folks have to work hard in a dirty yard to find parts. Yes it takes them a bit long some times; however, it it worth it? Yes, the people make an effort in an industry that is generally rude. The cashier is nice and the people answering the phone might be busy but they take time to help and actually helped me find a yard that had my used part. Give them a shot. They are nice people. Thank you for your help over the years.

1 hr wait for simple part and kinda pricey. I'll spend the extra $15 for a new part online.

Very slow service need to come to lose ur time

It's ok......for what I needed but, I waited an hour.....then I went to the counter to check the status off my item.....the said like 10 more minutes.... then a few more minutes passed and it came...then it made me think....what if I would've waited for only thirty minutes...then che k on the status of my item...would it have come out a few mi uses later?....sometimes I feel they just take too long....

Careless on parts you are purchasing and they take FOREVER! I waited 5 hours for a transmission just for the case to be broken because they dropped it.

They already had our part out and ready from the scrap metal and they never even bothered to attend us. There were other customers ahead of us and never got attended either. They were just warming up the seat talking and no help whatsoever. Never going back again.

Horrible customer service. Non existing customer service. Prepaid very expensive motor, then they try to sell me the wrong year which does not match. Just a few changes they say, but it involves opening engines which will cost me and void the warranty. Rip off artists! No refund offered! Now they avoid my calls. Keep me on hold forever. Don't call me back like they said they would. Ten minutes they said. Yesterday they also said ten minutes. Don't shop there unless you want to be out $1200 dollars like I am.

I’ve come and gotten what I’ve needed several times here already. ...but be that as it may. This place needs major improvement!!! Sometimes the desk staff are forgetful about parts requests. The donor car lot is horribly organized, and the wait times for parts are extremely long. Furthermore, you can’t go back into the donor car lot without a parts puller escorting you. I hate being told to “sit down as it’ll be a while before your part is pulled.” I hope you guys there improve.

I don't understand all these bad reviews... you want a brand new part and fast, go to the dealership and pay an arm and a leg. You want a cheap part, order it online and wait weeks for it. Need a quick used part to get you going for a decent price... head over here. Don't even stop by, just call them to see if they have it and if they do, go pick it up. Yea there's a wait, they don't have the part just sitting there waiting to be picked up. Once you get there, they ask the fellas in the yard to pull the part which can take a while especially since a) you are not the only customer they have and b) if you do your own mechanic work, you know how long it takes to remove something. This place has ALWAYS came through for me. They normally always have what I need and at a great price! I'm still running on the same alternator I got from there three years ago.

Worst place every. Took vehicle to change to a new motor they stated it was going to be ready in 2 weeks and it took 2 months apparently vehicle ready in 5 weeks went to pick it up and car didn't turn on and said it was the battery which I had recently purchased but unfortunately I had to buy one there with the them since I am from Brownsville. Couple of days later car started heating up had to pay toll truck (on my own expense) back to them which once again took forever with no updates. I had to keep calling to find out if it was ready. When I finally went to pick my vehicle they once said i needed a battery I told them just bought one with them and they said oh ok it has warranty then and gave me a new one 🤦🤷😡one guy said they probably left the vehicle on and the battery drain. I continue to have issues with my vehicle but there is no way I will ever take my vehicle there and it end up it was the timing that was placed wrong and have to pay again. PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE!!! . I CAN ASSURE YOU YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Horrible service! Their favorite excuse is “it’s an electrical problem not a problem with our part and we don’t work electrical here” they do the bare minimum just to say they did something. Getting a refund is impossible, you might get lucky and get a good part but buy at your own risk! Now leaving your vehicle there to get a part installed is another story, they never call you to let you know your car is ready, which is the least of the problem. If you leave your car here pray that it runs when you get it back.

Always find what I need here

Have always found the parts I need but have ended waiting for a minimum of 1hr to 1 1/2 hours just to get the part. Even if you call them hours in advance they will say the part is already off but when you get there to pick it up usually still takes them an hour to get it.
