I gave them three stars cause they were very good on customer service but bad news is they only work on company vehicles I called for brakes to be changed and they broke the bad news that they only work on company vehicles not personal vehicles
Had to get several vehicles inspected for my company after being given the run around from other places. Or ridiculous wait times. These guys came in clutch 15 min in and out. Not only that, all the employees genuinely looked happy working here. All of them polite, courteous and professional.
Wonderful service! I came for a state inspection and I was in and out in 20 minutes! The customer service was amazing and I will be returning here for my inspections from here on out. If you need some auto work, check them out!
Talk about excellent service! Showed up without an appointment for a state inspection and they treated me like a king! The place is beautiful with a vintage baseball vibe. Snacks and water available at no cost! Facilities are super clean! 10/10 highly recommend!

I had a very bad noice on my car , I decide to go to several mechanics and everyone told me something different , I bought the parts they told me and my car wasn’t fix ! , Pan American Auto help me a lot with my car diagnostic , and really understand what my car had , and under 1 day they fixed the issue !!
I had a great first experience getting my vehicle inspection done here. Aside from timely and efficient, they were polite and friendly. I was greeted twice and asked if I needed anything to make my quick wait more pleasant. I just found my new go-to spot. I had left my company vehicle here to have the brake pads replaced. I was greeted by the general manager, Cesar, who took down our information. Cesar treated me very well and was honest about the turnaround time. The customer service was great. Expecting my vehicle to be returned to me the following day, they exceeded my expectations by performing the service within a matter of hours and further enabling me to pick up my vehicle prior to their closing time that same day. The price was very reasonable as well. I will definitely be returning for any needs our company vehicle may have.

Love this family owned business. They are very friendly and courteous. The owner Omar is always kind and most helpful and Mariela in the front is such a sweetheart. I took my car in for repairs and it took about a week and a half which by far is amazing because I’ve taken my vehicle to other places and they usually take 3 weeks to a month and I was so amazed at how fast my vehicle was ready. As busy as I am on a daily it was so nice and less stressful for me that they took control and did everything without me having to call and worry. They always kept me informed of any parts I needed and pricing. Overall, I am very happy with the satisfactory service they provided and I recommend them for all your vehicle services.
