Extremely easy process. I got to work with a flat tire! Carlos was able to tow my Tesla remotely and took it to tire shop! All done before my morning break! Very happy with quality of work and more importantly the ability to do it without missing any work time! Highly recommend them!

Delivered a load of steel to border wall and Enroute to next pickup during rainstorm something pierced one of my drive tire brake line’s sending me into a frenzy and thank god know one else was involved. I ended up just off the road enough that I couldn’t get traction due to all the rain. A bobtail driver stopped and tried helping with a chain i wrapped around my front axel and ALMOST was free but he didn’t have quite enough weight. So Border Patrol and State Police called “their Buddy” upon arrival, I told them I left the chains hooked up to my front axle. All I need is a slight pull to get me onto the hard surface and I’ll be fine. I was told that they would pull the axle out from underneath my truck!! well if my axle would’ve come out from my truck, it would have come out when the bobtail gave several tugs …but they wanted to do it “their way” and their way involved a brief 10 minute wenching from the rear of my tractor frame, pulling me roughly 5 feet sideways. Afterwards I was told my charge was $4500 and that if I did not pay it they would hook to my tractor told me to impound drop me off at the local hotel and if it wasn’t paid within the hour the price was going to go up!!! All this for an hour on-site and over complicating things. Well the name of the company is spot on IRON SHARKS…that’s exactly what they are preying upon the vulnerable. BEWARE!

Very grateful for them. They were quick to reply and give us an estimate. Once the price was agreed upon we were sent the email with invoice for payment. We had the option to do half or full, which was beneficial. They updated us with when the vehicle was picked up, en route, and dropped off. Very fast service. Thank you so much!
Had a bad day chasing tortas, my suv had mechanical failure called Ironshark and they had Alex on location in under 20 min. They took care of my suv no scratches or damaged while loading and unloading. Special ramps were used to keep the bumper from getting damaged. 5 stars for the great customer service
