If I could give it 0 I would. Stay away from this branch. This location doesn't care for the cars. Beware you will receive your car with additional damage as the forklift drivers aren't careful. We were able to prove that this site created additional damage on my vehicle, which their own transport company proved, but the site did not take ownership nor resolve the situation. The site manager here will not own nor provide you with ANY resolution. Customer service here is non existent. Again, stay away!! The car you ate bidding on WILL have additional damage. Not worth the risk. Other branches provide better service, care for the cars and are responsive.

Our experiences with this Copart location have consistently been stressful and disappointing. The staff fails to adhere to company policies, resulting in confusion and frustration. Customer service is practically nonexistent—employees seem uninformed and disinterested in providing assistance. Rules and procedures change frequently, depending on who is handling your transaction, which adds to the frustration. When picking up a vehicle, the wait times are excessive and unpredictable. Even after paying, we’re often left waiting for long periods without any updates or concern from the staff. This branch stands out negatively compared to other Copart locations in Texas, where we’ve had smooth and efficient experiences. This establishment needs significant improvements to meet the standards seen elsewhere and provide better service to its customers.

I'm a dealer. Copart is holding up my business bc they can take months to give you a title. There fees are more than anyone else. I'm on there so-called prefer list ans yesterday I paid the same price for a car at iaa. Copart was 123 . Total rip off company. And months for a title according to themmore on fees

You can get good cars but, beware and keep in mind of the fees that range can from $800-1000, which if you plan on selling might give you very little wiggle room for any good profits.. in my opinion. Tip - having the vehicle shipped saves you a lot of hassle and they deliver it to your location with all the paperwork/ Title included.

Bit unorganized and no courtesy. Some of us don't have need for appointments just to talk to other people from back but they don't care. Then they get annoyed when we ask for Abel in back

Copart picked up my 2011 Dodge Charger RT cause of an insurance claim (it got rear ended). When there driver picked it up he removed my catalytic converters, my battery, my tail lights (they were inside the trunk because it was rear ended) and he took my floor matts. I went to Copart in Mercedes to try to work something out and the lady there was so rude she didnt want to help me out, so I spoke to a manager and he said he couldnt do anything about it. So I did a police report and they are currently being investigated.

Have to wait 5 Hours even when making an appointment and then the time in the Virtual Queue keeps going up. Never buying again.

The professionalism and helpfulness of the staff was outstanding. They explained everything & went above and beyond to help get us loaded & taken care of. The ONLY reason they do not get a 5 star is because of the wait time. Appointment was at 8:30 didn't get loaded until almost 9 & I know for a fact I was the 2nd person in line that day for deliveries. The office needs more help at the counter.

Staff at this location is very very rude. Walked in just to drop off and was told with 6 other people in line to get out of the office. How are you still in business with people like that in your office. I’ll stick to my other auctions thank you

Terrible, here 4 1/2 hours with appointment. Information is vague, and it runs like an uncoiled machine. We buy, pay fees, and are still at the mercy of places like this.

I was there to pick up the personal items out of my car. Though it can be difficult to get ahold of them via phone, they offer amazing in person service and are all extremely helpful and friendly. Also, the building is quite clean which is really impressive considering the present times

I think theese ladies that work here are so rude!! I made an appointment to come and pay for a vehicle and said it would be a 5 min wait i get here and it has been more than 45 min waiting, im inside and they tell me to go out side!!! So what is this thing to make an appointment for !!! Also the office is empty they are just not taking any one because they just dont want to!

The worst place ever made an appoinment at 10:44am its been more than 2 hours yet no text to make my payment. The ladies in the front so rude no help at all. The first time it took them more than 5 hours just to let me make a payment. Worst place to make appointments

The wait (even thru kiosk) is ridiculous unfortunately but the customer service has always been really good to me. There is this lady (I forgot her name) but she has a raspy voice that I absolutely love & she is probably the best staff I've come across in this place. Houston co-parts was super quick to be called BUT their attitude in that place PLUS lack of attention towards the customer keeps me buying in Mercedes co-parts instead. Their fee ( & wait time) is not as pleasant which is what gives it a 4.

Horrible service and money hungry people. Waited 2 1/2 hours to be seen 30 minutes before they close just to be told that they can take the money order but will not release the vehicle. Therefore, I would have to come back tomorrow and pay the storage fee. I agree to pay today and now suddenly there is an additional $30 mysterious charge and because they do not accept anything else besides money orders I cannot make a payment. Ridiculous sloth people who think they work at the DMV and feel superior.

One of the ladies was RUDE to some of the customers, her conversation with her coworker consisted of cursing, bad mouthing the customers! Her tone + demeanor change to flirtatious with others. The other ladies were fast, courteous + professional!

It's a place to buy wrecked cars as fixer uppers and use or sell them. Courteous staff and the prices are reasonable you need to have the skills or know people that can help fix them up. You can buy a car have it fixed and use it for way less than you would buy one at the dealerships.

Very rude customer service. I was ignored for 20 min when I stoped by to look at one of the vehicles I purchased. After the 20 min I decided that I could walk into.the yard since there are no signs and the door was wide open. I spent about 30 min in the yard looking before I finally found someone. As soon as the yard employee found he started to yell at me telling me to get out. He would not even let me talk just kept yelling that I was trespassing and to leave immediately no explination or anything treating me like was stealing. When I walk back into to building all the ladies stop what they are doing and just stare at me till I walk out of the building didn't even ask if i needed help. I felt more like a criminal then a customer.

Worst experience ever. Long story short, a tube had melted in my car and there was a fire by the right passenger wheel. My insurance took the car over to the Copart in Mercedes over the Christmas holiday and it was there for about three weeks. We FINALLY heard back from them and what was the diagnostic? There was no proof of a fire and they would be towing my car back to my house. We went back and forth about how that was absolutely impossible that they couldn't find an issue with my car. They were rude, defensive, and extremely hostile over the phone and at the point we just threw our hands up and asked that instead of towing my car to my house, that they should just take it to our dealership. My car was taken to Spikes Ford in Mission and within THE DAY they called me back to let me know that there was VISIBLE indication of a fire. And this was without them even having to open up the hood of the car. The best part about my phone cak with Spikes was that they told me not car wouldn't even start. When they told me I was beyond mad. These people at Copart went out of their way to be dishonest and were completely fine with dropping off a car that wouldn't even turn on. I was well past disgusted with them. Then I was told that the few belongs I had left throughout car were gathered up and tossed in my trunk. I thought that was weird, but I thought nothing of it. Unfortunately this comes into play in the final terrible act with this company. After a couple of days my car is properly inspected and fixed at the dealership and my car is ready. I go to pick it up and my license plates have been removed and left on my passenger seat along with some complimentary scratches from the metal. Super fun. I was of course over the moon ay this point to realize that they KEPT THE SCREWS FOR THE PLATES. Thank God for the Roy bc he found some screws and attached my plates for me. I felt grateful bc I thought this terrible experience was over. I was so wrong. I took the rest of the day to cool off and didn't even bother going through my trunk and reorganizing everything in my car. The next day I begin to go through everything. There was my blank I had in my car, a couple of papers from my glove box, air fresheners, and all of the contents of my center console. I expected to never see my coins again, because that was on me for not taking them out, but what I didn't think would go missing would be my gate control for my apartment complex. I thought maybe it was stuck in a nook or cranny somewhere. NOPE. It was nowhere to be found. We were reluctant to call Copart again to ask and see if it was in a lost or found over there but instead of giving the simple answer of no, they took their lies to the next level and told us that they didn't move anything in the car nor did they go in the car. The woman on the phone was soooooooooooo rude and had ther biggest chip on her shoulder. She told us that it must have been Spikes and we told her no, they were the ones who informed us about the fun collection in my trunk. She then proceeds to tell us that we don't know what we're talking about and that if we need to talk to somebody about it to talk to the insurance and then hangs up. At this point I was over it. I didn't even bother calling the insurance ay this point. Instead I called my child and they were so great about everything and they gave me a new remote for free when I should have been charged $50.00 for it. This whole issue with this joke of a company has been a nightmare. I would only suggest you take your vehicle to them if you feel like having a terrible couple of weeks or you just plain ole hate yourself and want to deal with the most unprofessional people money can buy. If your insurance company suggests taking your car to them BEG THEM to send it literally anywhere else. Bc I'm sure they'll at least go the extra mile to pop your hood and do the most cursory of checks.
