Terrible i asked how much the wheel fender liners would cost on my 2016 honda accord since i saw they had an accord for parts. OEM brand new the part is 45 dollars. The one i was looking at from this company was used and old. I asked the price they said 100 dollars how is an old used fender liner more expensive than a brand new one. terrible pricing here please don’t go here for anything. The part for its condition should easily go for less than 30 bucks. I’ll be using the website i found for 40 bucks brand new thanks! Valley businesses man.
Messaged them through Facebook for an alternator for a specific vehicle. They confirmed they had the part plus another one. I told them I'd get there soon so I can pick up and go out my way. I get there an hour after and asked for the part, they told me their workers were busy but they would bring it within 10 minutes. I asked if the alternator was already removed from the vehicle or if it was already sitting on a shelf, I was told "they're bringing it already" I'm like alright that's fine, 20 minutes passed and I asked again if they were coming already, he says yes. This went on about three times. A whole hour and half passes by and finally they bring me it. I asked if it works and the guy said "yes, we just removed it from the truck." I made it clear to him why didn't he tell me that since the beginning and just stayed quiet. Once it goes there I asked if they could test it because there's absolutely no way of telling it works or not, I even asked if I could take it to auto zone before purchase and they denied it, three of the guys were straight up telling me it works. I asked if they have a tester and they ended up testing it. Mechanic comes in and says it doesn't work. They just want to sell you whatever they have without checking. They immediately tell me they have the second one coming already, they said 5-10 minutes. I wanted this alternator so bad I waited another 30 minutes. Nothing. I asked for my alternator back and just left. They were trying to keep me as long as they could while I had my daughters and wife waiting in the car, I even drove off for about 10 minutes because my daughter needed to use the restroom. All of this could have been a 3 minute process. I asked for the item an hour ahead and it wasn't ready until hours after, and it didn't even work. They tried selling me something that was broken and prolonging the situation. This place could use some honesty but then again it's a junk yard. Junk. The only reason it has 2 stars is because the mechanic was the only one that was honest. Other than that it would have been a negative review. This is why people don't buy local.

Great customer service, and they keep their promises. Unfortunately I did not get my part that I came for but they were very helpful and giving me in store credit.
Una de las peores partes me isieron muy mal travajo en mi carro vien mentirosos lo tuvieron 3 meses componiendo de la transmission y la transmission no funciono no kisieron respetar la garantia apesar que les pague 1100$ no kisieron regresarme mi dinero no recomiendo que nadien lleve sus vehiculos Aki el dueno nunca esta no se ase responsables de nada sus empleados son groseros y se creen los duenos todos
These yahoos took my car in for an electrical repair, charged my wife $1200.00 for a replaced engine. When we were taken to the car to drive it home we discovered that the employees and been joy riding in it and wrecked the car. It is a total loss all airbags deployed and no front end. Now they are holding it hostage for storage fees. You just can't make this stuff up. No one in their right mind should do business with these illegal aliens.
Excellent Fast Customer Service. The office staff is amazing! The help you look for what you need even if u dont even know the name. It meant a lot to me because i know nothing about auto parts. Thank you to the tall serious proffesional gentleman and the blonde very courteous gentleman, i believe d name was Nelson. SHOUT OUT to the secretary who is way beyond efficient and customer service oriented. Will definitely recommend this place.
After waiting a day for a part they were sure they had....they took our transfer case and took parts out of it....then told us it wasn't the same....poor service...not a good place to go to
