I was treated like my business was important to them. They offered me.a fair price.which was a few dollars more than the other offers..Communication was excellent. They met me at a pawn shop where my car broke down and worked with me about documentation I didn't have and were able to use the documentation I.did.have. The pick up and tow away.went smooth and they paid.me.cash at the point of pick up. And even the tow truck guy was very professional and well mannered and he chatted me up about the car I was selling and how long had I owned it and where all did I get it and I know it was information the.office already obtained from me and he was merely letting me reflect and say goodbye to a car that drove me from home to work to vacation to retirement over the past 20 years. These.machines are.always more than just.sheet metal , drive train and.power plant.to us and it seemed fitting to.tell the tow.truck.guy what a good car it had been as it got pulled up on the ramp of the truck and down the road for the last time I would see it. 5 out of 5 stars. I recommend these guys if.you need to put one out to pasture and get some walking around money to boot. Oh by the way. " Give me the Vin . Com offered me only a fraction of what these guys paid me and give me the Vin acted like I was bothering them on lunch break or something. Never use give me the Vin. The are not like the.seem.on the radio show.
