Save your time and money—TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! The staff was rude and unprofessional. We were told they definitely had the item we needed in stock and were asked to wait so they can go get it. After sitting for OVER AN HOUR, they literally yelled across the store, ‘We don’t have it!’—nothing else. No apology, no explanation, and absolutely no respect for our time!! The customer service was horrible! I will never return or recommend this business to anyone. Take your business across the highway instead..
Came looking for a spare tire to have instead of the fix a flat kit most new cars come with. Talked to the guys at the counter, said it’d be 15 minutes. We sat and waited for an hour and a half to be told that they couldn’t find it or didn’t have it to begin with. Didn’t even have the decency to come up to us to tell us just yelled it across the waiting area Rey’s across the highway was so quick when I inquired but they had a size that was slightly too big.
Want to say how helpful this company is Eric Hopkins helped me from start to finish even went to bat for me with my warranty company and got a lil crazy with the shop who was giving me a hard time he is a stand up guy and went above and beyond to make sure I was taking care of I recommend buying all of your auto part needs from this company they are amazing
