Don't come to this place they overcharge a lot....Sometimes you got to know who you're on the phone with. I'm a military veteran and I don't like being treated like I'm stupid.
This place is joke and if you want to get conned go right ahead. Their store credit is fake just like their customer service when trying to make a sale. Wish I could give no stars, but I have to give one to leave a review. Stay away and pay extra if you can find your parts elsewhere to avoid their hassle and joke of a business. :)

I was looking to purchase a few parts from them, and thanks to your post, l will no longer approach this company. I do believe there are people who take advantage of women. Because they were greedy, they lost another customer. How sad. God bless.
Called (on a Saturday) to see if they had a part I needed for my car. They said they did. Went in to get it. After I paid he said okay it'll be here Monday. Umm what. I needed it that day because my car was at the mechanic and was already taken apart ready to put in the part. He said no refunds. Went to tell the mechanic it wouldn't be here until Monday. Mechanic found a place that had it in stock since he had already taken everything apart in my car. Called Frontera to say I needed my refund because 1. He said they did have it in stock when they didn't. 2. Was going to get the part somewhere else that did have it. He said no refunds. I said well you told me you had it in stock when you didn't. He said well we do have it in stock at the Warehouse which doesn't open until Monday. I told him that's not what he said over the phone. I told him I just ordered it from him 10 minutes ago. Warehouse isn't even open I just want the refund since I'm going to get it somewhere else. He said no but I'll give you store credit. Told him I was going to go over and he was going to give me my refund. He said do you want to talk to my boss? I said yes. Let me talk to him. He said okay well come in and ask for him. I told him I was on my way. As I was on my way I called him back to ask if I was gonna get my refund or not because if not then I would be taking the cops with me. He yelled at me and said come get your money and don't come back! When I got there he slammed the money on the counter and ignored me. Idk why he was being difficult when he was the one who didn't say it was at the Warehouse and wouldn't be there until Monday. He just said yes we have it in stock. Don't recommend.
Bought the part I needed, when I went to install it, it was broken. Had to order it almost a week later,still not here. Got my money back. It was hard to find.
They sold my husband the wrong bumper, even after my husband had specifically requested a specific type, shown them a picture of it and prepaid it. When my husband told them it was not the one he requested their only response was that is the only one we carry and we do not give refund. $390 loss, what a rip-off.
Part was ordered, told me it will be here with in a week . Called apparently part was never order took 3 weeks to get a window switch , if you are not in a hurry to get your part it's the place to go
Honeslty waisted my time calling every single junk yard. Call here first, they have great parts for amazing prices. If I ever get in a crash again in going straight to them.
