Walked in during the snowstorm because battery was failing. Diego at the Allen location at 905 E. Main Street was able to diagnose and swap out the battery for me. In and out in 15 minutes. Service like this is why I continue to use this location for my auto parts. Big thank you to Diego for going above and beyond!

Worst experience!!
Ordered item online and was shown as ready for pickup at the store but the item was sold offline .. It wasted my time..
The online ordering is not recommended..

Store opened late at 8am and was never greeted hi,bye or whatever! Then waited and when asked if we could get cash back on the battery core after we paid mostly cash on the battery except for 14dollars!we were told no!he acted like he was doing us a favor and didn't care!bad attitude!well you lost a customer!

I normally don't have any problems whenever I need to get a battery replacement, but because there was some issue with management and the store being short staffed, the whole process of changing it out ended up taking close to an hour. I showed up when the store opened at 8AM and there were 3 employees there, all of which were friendly, professional and did the best they could under the circumstances that they were in. They told me that they were all from different stores, and as a result weren't able to process the payment of the new battery because they didn't have the login credentials to this store. We tried numerous times to work around this, but ended up waiting for the manager to arrive 10-15 minutes later to get it sorted out. I'm not so much frustrated about how long this whole ordeal took, but more so of how poorly managed this situation was that ended up causing this whole thing to happen. If your going to have employees from other stores, you need to either have at least one employee there that does have the means to process these types of transactions when the store opens or give the employees from other stores the means to do so in advance just so they can do their job. Again, the employees did the best they could and were very friendly and professional. This is just an oversight that needs to be addressed.

In a world where any vehicle over 10 yrs old ya gotta go to the Internet for parts, they had brakes for a 2000 Wrangler. Yay!!! $60 LLT Warranty. Walked in with the money walked out with the brakes. Easy Peezy! Yep. Called in first to make sure they had. Yep. Good phone skills. Can't say much more. I will go back. No photos, so no bananas.

Carson Brown and Aidan Cushing have been very rude and disrespectful. I used to work at this location yet now every time I go in they won’t serve me, they yell curse words at me, THROWING DRINKS at my CAR, and last time they locked the doors with the help of Caleb Scott, the manager, and not only was I not able to get in but two customers tried to get out when Scott had to go and let them back out. It’s disappointing from an ex-coworker point of view, but also from a customer as well.

I come here whenever I have a problem. Employees are always super helpful and know what they're talking about! More than once they've pointed me in the direction of a cheaper repair instead of trying to upsell me. Definitely why I keep coming back!

I used to shop at Chief Auto Parts back in the 1980's & 1990's. Then it was acquired by AutoZone in 1998. Today I needed some oil for an old lawnmower. It had to be 30W. John & Alec M. helped me to find it on the shelf. I have made many purchases & transactions at AutoZone since 1998. This was not the big sale of the day, but John & Alec were very courteous & professional. Alec even gave me a 10% Courtesy Discount after I asked him about a Senior Discount. Every little bit helps. Great customer service!

Last weekend, I noticed my headlight wasn't working, so I went to buy a new bulb. Since I don't know much about cars, I asked the salesperson to replace it for me.
Even though it was a difficult request, they were willing to replace it.

This AutoZone location is usually good, but I had a very upsetting experience with Austin Holland. I went to return some wheel studs, but didn’t have the original packaging. I explained the situation and the manager told me they couldn’t accept the return without the packaging (which I understood, I told them that I was leaving) after the manager agreed to help me, but he was trying to make me understand that I had to have the original packaging, honestly I didn’t like he was pushing with that (I was already accepted the fact that I was not getting a return and just wanted to leave) then Austin Holland started yelling at me to leave the store byeeeeeee byeeeeee byeeeeeee (because he didn’t like my upset face) even though I wasn’t being rude or aggressive. He kept shouting at me, even from a distance as I was already walking out. I went back later to get his name, and he was just hanging around with friends like he didn’t care. Showing that he is the Alpha of the store, honestly he is just a baby yelling at a 6 months pregnant woman because he fills strong in front of a woman (probably not in front of men). Someone with that attitude should not be working with customers EVER and will make never come back to that location.

I went to this autozone simply to buy a new headlight. The employee, Jerrison, was super helpful. He helped me find the right headlight for my car and he even replaced the bulb for me which I’m so grateful for. He was really kind and I appreciate his help.

Most awesome experience! Needed to get new headlight for my car. Herman H was great! He went above and beyond by helping me get my light back on. Really appreciated him doing this! Came by and was offered now assistance ensuring that the part fit and was placed on my vehicle properly. Got a car battery here. Aidan replaced it for us. He did a great job. I would highly recommend this location for any of your car needs. They are so nice, professional and knowledgeable. And it took no time at all! I was from out of town and it was very late and I had a little one. They really pulled me out of a jam.

I recently had an issue with battery , Jacob Smith was the one helped me for a battery replacement, and I cannot recommend him highly enough! From start to finish, Jacob was incredibly patient and helpful, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Jacob took the time to explain each step involved in changing the old battery and installing the new one , he installed the new one ,His knowledge and expertise were evident, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about ensuring that everything was done correctly.
What truly stood out was Jacob's respectful demeanor throughout the entire interaction. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions with a smile, making me feel comfortable and informed about the work being done.

Rylan was an amazing helper. I came in for a burnt burnt out brake light and check engine light. Ryan provided excellent customer service. He helped us replace the 2 burnt brake lights and identified that air intake hose was broken and helped us change it! Great job Ryan and Autozone!

I've been coming here for misc stuff for a while now, usually on Sundays when the shop is closed...
In the process, I have learned a lot about our vehicles and feel like I have a significantly better understanding.
Today, Adam D helped me... he is fantastic!!
I came in to get the truck battery tested on RV, just to make sure it was good before driving out to the winters of Colorado... they replaced the battery for free since it was under warranty... they said it would probably be ok for a while, but not worth the risk... Man! I sure appreciate that! Plus they changed it out for me And tested to make sure it all worked before I left...
Checked radiator fluid, is was OK, kind of low, but topped it off anyways...Dec 12, 2021
