Great experience, came in needing a car battery. The assistant manager(Jared I believe, forgive me is I didn’t catch the name properly) he was extremely helpful, professional and took care of me so fast I was in and out. I will definitely be back the next time I need parts.
These guys are very helpful. Allen went above on a customer service concern and was able to get me taken care of. I will only use these guys for any auto parts I need as they definitely embody the NAPA customer service I am used to from back in my previous state.
Napa is a very underrated auto parts store. Was looking for wheel spacers without knowing much about em and they told me everything I needed to know why they're a bad choice for a vehicle. Super friendly and super helpful. If you want help from certified professionals rather than a 17 year old working his first customer service job at AutoZone- go to napa
Would not even test, let alone warranty, multiple batteries that have gone bad in less than a year because “there’s not enough time” when there was 2 hours left until close. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere.
There are some good prices and sales to be had. But first you must get past the rude gate keeper behind the counter. Not worth going back to be treated like trash. AutoZone had very nice employees.
Love Napa! Been buying parts from them for over 30 Years. This location in Allen is only about a year old but very convenant. They are nevber to busy to help and the store is very well stocked and has lots to choose from plus a fantastic selection of tools and equipment.
Unhappy experience. Needed new gas cap for a 2005 Jeep. Showed the guy a picture of the one on my wife's Jeep, he said the original one that came with the jeep, was the wrong one. He knew because of his 35 years experience. Sold me the replacement that he recommended, did not seal at all and tripped the check engine light. Returned it, and gave them a second chance on a Esim module for same vehicle. Sold me the wrong part again, not even close to the correct one. Had to get it from rockauto.com, got it two days later and fit perfectly. I will not give them a third chance. I'm done. The white one is the one they sold me, the black one is the correct one.
The service was awesome and prompt. The lady that helped me was so helpful and I very much appreciated it. I recommend NAPA Auto Parts (this location)to everybody in need!!
