The scan tool didn’t work which he said it probably would not because of the age of truck.He grabbed his from his personal truck and read the codes .He wrote down the codes, went to the computer and wrote out which each code was. This is what service looks like!!!

The first impression that you may have is that most of O'Reilly's employees have knowledge of vehicles. The work cohesively as a team in all types of weather to make sure you get the right parts, installed or tested within their protocols. Battery returns take time and that may become frustrating for some. There is a good reason for that to make sure they don't go broke replacing good batteries when it is not warranted. Paul runs his store well and is very professional. He picks his team well and so that is why the store has such high ratings.
Tony has done a fantastic job changing the headlights. He was very professional. First time in this store, will be coming back in the future, recommended!
Have been there several times now. I needed a specific power steering fluid. None of the other auto stores carried it. They ordered in a case the next day, even though I only needed 5 bottles. The guys there seem pretty knowledgeable. O'Reilly's is convenient and have good hours.
Alex was super helpful to my dad when he went in for a brake light issue. I was translating for my dad on the phone and he was very friendly and patient with us. I thought we had a bad tail light, but Alex let us know it was just loose. He gave me a practical solution to my issue and was very sweet with my dad. Good job, Alex, thanks for going above and beyond.
I was at O'Reilly today (7/26) at around 7 pm due to a failed inspection. Two gentlemen behind the counter were very friendly and professional. Guided me on how to correct the problem. Also allowed me to borrow their tools. This place is highly recommended.
Once again O’Reilly shows why I will always use them over any other store. We had an emergency but was able to make to an O’Reilly shop well away from our home today. Bennett was who helped us and he was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to try and help. He never pressured me towards one option and provided all available options and price ranges. Truly an example of why O’Reillys will always be my go to for car supplies and help.
Not sure who crapped in Paul’s Cheerios this morning. Came in with a battery issue tested my battery before I left my house. The battery cells were dead went into the store still under my two-year warranty with a receipt and Paul gave me problems. Replacing my battery tested bad and alternator tested good. What is the issue with replacing my battery, Paul says he needs to charge my battery throughout the day before replacing It. Never have have. I heard of this. Also have I an important doctors appointment I told him what do I do if the car stalls get a boost, no that’s why I’m here to get a battery replacement under warranty, very unprofessional and rude. I have been coming to the store for years and never had a problem with any other Employees everyone else is great at this location.
They have an incredibly wide variety of parts and products to choose from, and they offer them at the most competitive prices! On top of that, I was immediately greeted when I walked in, and a very polite gentleman helped me pick out some new windshield wipers. He even installed them for me! Love this place!
Way better experience than last time. Paul was great. He was patient. He answered all my questions and replaced my battery in 25 degrees in the shade. Thanks so much.
We went in the other day because we were having battery issues. They came out, checked the battery and alternator to make sure the battery was the problem. Then, they asked how old my battery was and we said we bought it last year somewhere else. The employee told us it would still be under warranty at the other place and we should try there first before buying a new one.

I like this store a lot, only reason they don't get 5 stars is because when I need to buy 3 different oil filters, seems like one of them is always out of stock. Otherwise, I've always received very good help when needed. All employees have always been very nice and professional.
If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Always a pleasant experience and staff always kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I went w my 8 year old son today to get replacement headlight bulbs and had the good fortune of having Ryan help us. He went above and beyond going outside, removing the old bulbs and replacing them w the new ones in this very hot weather. He even cleaned off some corrosion w a special brush and taught my son while he was changing the bulb. My son doesnt have anyone to teach him these things so that meant a lot. Afterwards, he checked to make sure the lights worked properly after installing the replacement bulbs and even threw away the packaging. He really went above and beyond. This type of service is unheard of nowadays. O'Reillys and us customers are lucky to have someone like Ryan there. Very grateful!
I just liked the fact that they can diagnostically run a test on your vehicle to see why certain lights may stay on in your instrument panel. The employees are always friendly and literally get to you as soon as you ask. Plus that service is free and that's amazing in this day and age.
Went to O’Reilly’s to replace a broken turn signal light. They were out of stock but ordered the bulb immediately and asked me to return a few hours later. I returned and Ryan installed the light in minutes. Outstanding friendly service - highly recommend. Thank you!
Great Customer service. Went to replace 3 bulbs. 2 headlights and back windshield tail-light. Autozone up the street didn't even try to help. But TJ was really awesome. He showed me what I needed, I purchased them, and he installed them. Definitely will be back. Thanks again Tj!
My minivan key fob battery was dead. I called to see if they carry batteries and he answered the phone and said they do! I said, "Great! I'm headed your way!" When I walked in he asked if I was there for the battery. He took my key and opened it, which I had no idea how to do, went and got the right battery, and replaced it on the spot. The battery was in a two pack so I already have one for when it goes out in my other key. Honestly, I thought service like this was dead. I'm so thankful for his help. I didn't catch his name, but thank you! Of course, when any car need arrises, I'll be back.
Great service from an outstanding staff. We are older and after I bought 2 windshield wiper replacements, the clerk insisted on putting them on for me right away. I could have done it, but I really appreciated him doing and getting us back on the road, as it was ready to rain cats & dogs! Excellent store.
I shopped many places for the best price on an auto part and found the best price at O'Reilly Auto Parts in Allen Texas. Not only was the part pice excellent, but the service which made it better. Ryan my sales advisor who sold me the part was very knowledgeable, got the part and provide great advice for preventive maintenance. I will tell many others in my business how Ryan helped me out and know I am a big fan of this company. I wish other business had people like Ryan. If I could give him 10 stars, I would, give this guy a raise.
The right side backup lamp on my Lexus GX460 was not working. I went to this store to buy a replacement. Paul sold the $7.3 lamp to me. When I asked if he could help me to replace the lamp, he said yes. He went outside where the temperature was 91 degree, laying on the concrete floor
under my car. It took him at least 15 minutes to replace the lamp. I truly appreciate Paul’s efforts. I will definitely recommend this store to my friends.
I’d give this place 10 stars if I could! Bought new wiper blades and while struggling to follow the YouTube how-to video, one of the guys that work there came out to help. He asked me to turn them on and make sure they work and then took my trash!!

Good customer service. The sales person was not pushy and help make my purchase easy. I bought a car battery and wiper blades from this place and he installed it quickly and effortlessly for me, even though it was 25° outside at that time.
