Horrible service. My mechanic sent me to purchase something but they ended up selling me something completely different. Go back with receipt to return and turns out they don’t accept returns on that item even tho it’s their fault plus it’s still completely new. Looking at the other reviews seems this location has sleazy and scammy management and don’t like accepting returns for lots of items.
Thankfully other location on 23rd accepted my return and had no problems.
Corporate needs to investigate this location and its management. I will be emailing them to make sure that happens. NEVER shop at this location.

Terrible service gave me the wrong gaskets and couldn't return them because they are non returnable but it was there fault that it was wrong so just lost money there because of there fault waste of time don't go there
Today I went to return some light bulbs they have giving me wrong for my truck and they didn't wanted to switch them or give me my money back because they were open and I told them that in the recipe it didn't said that if they were open they can't accept them back after some argument from the guy that supposedly he was the manager he turn to another guy in a gray shirt and he argued with me for a little bit more and they decided to switch the light bulbs and the ones they gave me were open as well so I don't see what was the difference between the ones I returned and the ones they switched they were both open

Make sure all parts are together in the borrowed tools . Missing parts and Had to return it. waste of time. management should make sure to check when the tool is returned. I had to go to another o’reilly and they they had the tool complete .
Friend's car would start but not run. After diagnosing it, I called O'Reillys, and they had the part in stock. Went over there right at closing time, and the employee had the part already pulled and ready to go. He was very knowledgeable and recommended a very inexpensive tool for the job because he was familiar with it; sure enough I needed the tool, and could not have completed the repair without the tool he told me about.
