Bad service! The part for my VEH never got there! Called to cancel and they let me know on the phone i would need to drive to the store and cancel personally, when i got there they said i didn’t need to go and it was already cancelled and my refund should be in my bank from 1-3 business days. Its been 2 weeks and not gotten my refund! Called and they said the order was canceled a later date or any other excuse! Bad customer service the workers are rude! Parts not on time!

The worst thing they change prices as they wanted. I call somebody give me a price then l drive all the way 80 milles and they change the price is just no fare.
Original price for an item I bought was $60, I wasn’t supposed to be taxed and instead the lady put the taxes but into the original price $65.79. Nor do any of the employees say anything about her mistake, lady always has a excuse when I ask her about it.
Horrible customer service and they always get things wrong. I ordered a part from them and had to get it exchanged 3 times because they kept giving me the wrong one. Second time I attempted to give them a try theyonce again gave me the wrong parts. If they spent more time with customer service instead of joking around with one another in the office maybe they would actually get some orders done correctly.

Purchased a motor and it was knocking took it back and got the another motor now this one is overheating. I’ve been told that they have to do a claim to see if it can be repaired or replaced. Not satisfied with the service
Very good experience. Needed taillight lens ASAP. Had to drive back to Houston. Called and talked with Gilbert (obviously very knowledgeable) and got set up, priced fair and picked up my part that was pulled and waiting. That is how it should go and my thanks again...............
