I'm not sure if the person I spoke with was a manager or a call representative, but he repeatedly referred to the drivers as “his drivers,” so it's unclear if that's just standard verbiage or an actual indication of his role. He identified himself as Joshua and called me after the drivers had already left, asking me to confirm that I gave them consent to jump-start my car.
This was confusing, as my car didn’t require a jump to be loaded onto the truck, and the drivers had already gone. I explained this to him, but he became extremely rude and condescending, stating that the drivers get paid extra if I confirm they performed a jump-start. While I don’t mind the drivers receiving extra compensation—especially since they were professional and respectful—my concern is that I didn’t want to be charged for a service that was never performed.
When I explained that the car hadn’t been jumped, he abruptly told me I could “get off his phone.” That interaction made me uncomfortable, especially knowing that my vehicle was still in the company’s possession and this person seemed angry. I called back to express that I didn’t appreciate how I was spoken to. I also clarified again that my concern wasn’t about the drivers being tipped, but simply about avoiding any inaccurate charges. He continued to be dismissive and rude until I mentioned I would be leaving a review due to the unprofessionalism—at which point he suddenly changed his tone.
Even though the drivers themselves were great, the experience with the phone representative left a bad impression. I hate to even write this because I don’t want it to reflect poorly on the drivers, who did their job well, but the call support (or management) was unprofessional and concerning..
Wonderful experience. We needed a new old car towed to our house, and they towed with great care. Everyone we spoke to at the company was pleasant, and they were very fairly priced. The driver was very nice and got there fast and had the car hooked up quickly and efficiently.
This Towing Service company were true Good Samaritans and their price was the best compared to other companies. The team that came out to help me were incredibly fast, and professional. They were also very kind and even tried to lift up my spirit as I was in a bad mental state. Highly recommend!

Excellent company!! I would give them 10 stars if I could. The driver Dave was fantastic, so kind, helpful, very experienced and patient. In addition, we called around to 2 other towing companies in Frisco and the Towing squad was cheaper too… so we can’t get better than that. Highly recommended.

Mahoe Samuel was quick at getting to the location of the vehicle and was very professional and communicative getting the car towed to Firestone.
The price was also very reasonable. I forgot to get a quote initially when I called dispatch because I was flustered, but Mahoe Samuel refused to rip me off and charged me something similar or lower to what I've been charged for towing in the past. It seemed to all be done by the book (i.e. looked like they have a formula that determines that). No big confrontation and a 100% upcharge cause of me being an idiot. Even though he totally could have and I'd probably have paid and then been slightly mad about it afterwards. You can trust that these guys aren't going to try and wildly take advantage.
Communication is also good, and dispatch and the tow truck person will be in contact with you via text where you can send Google maps screenshots and whatnot. This is a big plus over some past experiences where I've had to try and explain locations over the phone.
10/10 for customer service. And 10/10 for ethical and long term oriented business practices.
Broke down an hour from my house. Tow truck was there 30 minutes after calling. Price is reasonable given the fact that it was an hour to get my car back to my mechanic. Tow truck driver was great, friendly, good conversation on the way there. Highly recommend. Thanks again Towing Squad.
Thank you Towing Squad! We had such a nice experience today. Our car decided to quit on us, booo. As we desperately googled different towing companies we found that many estimated our tow time to be anywhere from hours away to the next day. Towing Squad was the only company that gave us a decent estimated timeframe (for us only 45 minutes & they were there within that time, amazing!). They quoted us a very reasonable price upfront without commitment, also pretty unique in my experience. We only had to pay a $50 deposit before they dispatched the driver and the rest was paid when the driver arrived. Beyond that every single person we had interactions with was very kind, patient and professional. We received text messages during our wait to check in and also gave us the option leave our car or wait and ride with the driver. They also checked in to be sure the driver had arrived before we paid the rest of our quoted fee. Our tow truck driver was very sweet and friendly, great guy! What started out as a stressful situation ended with the two of us laughing and feeling much better. What more can you ask for? Two thumbs up & thanks again =)
Jake was great. My truck was stuck in a tight alley and he nicely helped me get it straightened up and onto the flat bed. A more difficult job but helped without any complaints. Highly recommend!! A fair price too!!
Got locked out of my car tonight and Xavier just happened to pull up on his off time and helped me get into my car quickly! I greatly appreciate him and how nice he was and willing to go above and beyond if needed for me! He was amazing and a life saver for my hr drive home

This company was quick, efficient and had great communication while helping to get my SUV taken care of. My driver was Xavier and he was phenomenal. I called earlier in the morning about my 2016 Chevy Tahoe that I needed towed from a nearby mechanic shop back to my house.
They were more than willing to assist me.
Perfect communication throughout the whole process, even sent pictures of my vehicle and explained their interaction with the mechanic shop.
Even when the mechanic shop was trying to be shady, the tow company put their foot down and got my vehicle out of there.
The tow was priced just right! I will use this company in the future for all my towing needs.

They were so great and professional to work with. I was able to get my tow scheduled for the next day per my request and was kept informed throughout the entire process. They even take zelle for payment which makes things so easy since I was not able to be with my vehicle for the tow. Couldn’t ask for better service!
After my car broke down on the side of the service road this place was recommended to me. I called them and they quoted me 140 which is fine it’s tight and I didn’t have the money. Once I got off the phone with the man I was trying to come up with the money and he texted me saying he could tow it for 100 which was nice. I agreed to it and he called me back we got my information but after that he started to complain about me not being able to afford the original price and starting asking why I would call a tow truck if I couldn’t afford it. told him I just put a lot money in the car and I’m sorry he feels that way and it was incredibly rude for him to start complaining I couldn’t pay the original price. He proceeded to tell me I’m rude for not being able to take the original price and to be honest I was looking for another towing company before he offered the 100 but once he started complaining and being rude I hung up. I don’t recommend this place they’re scammers and incredibly rude. The other company I went with was a lot nicer. Don’t waste your time here.

Service was great! I called late the night before to schedule a tow the next morning. They called me to give an ETA and were here timely. They took great care of my car that I requested not to be started and loaded it without a problem. It arrived at the shop right away. I would definitely recommend and use them again. They were very friendly and made sure that I was happy.
