Horrible attitude from the main owner and son Roy. Do yourself a favor and find a different shop other then south hwy garage. I took my vehicle in for inspection and gave me a failed notice because of my tinted windows, I would have gladly proceeded with the process of having my tint removed to get my inspection done with, but I much rather pay someone else with good customer service and better attitude.
They're no good, they only take your money and never pass the inspection, the inspection should last about 20 mins max and they made me wait two hours and try to sell you "repairs " your car doesn't need just to make profit. and TERRIBLE customer service! go somewhere else.
One of the worst things happened to me... My car broke down basically in the middle of nowhere. It was a good thing that I had South Hi Way's number on my phone. I called them and their reaction was lightning fast. I am very pleased by the towing service I got. I would suggest to other drives to write down their number because you never know when you're going to need roadside assistance.
