Great customer service. I was just traveling through and my battery in my truck was getting very weak. I stopped in and bought a battery and they even installed it for me right there. Thank you so much.
Bernice is an amazing worker shes great help everytime super friendly expect when shes not! I always go back so that she can verbally abuse me some more. And I don't just say this because she's my niece....
Long story short they need to be more courtesy,ask for a car part on a sat kept coming to ask for it in every two days didn't have it ,if I didn't need it I wouldn't be coming for it I'm a paying customer,bad service only help I got after 5 days was the Hispanic girl
Two days ago my mother went to look for a part, she tried to ask for help from a thin white young man, he glanced at her then pretended like he didn’t notice she was there and although there might of been somewhat of language barrier due to her thick accent, this is no way to treat someone.
Before my daughter and I went on a road trip to Houston I stopped by the Seven Points location and Kason McDougald filled my truck with def fluid. He was kind, helpful and he didn’t want me to get the fluid all over me.
Kason has always had the correct parts and has always been very helpful in advising what is needed to complete the job. Very knowledgeable about auto parts and repair.
This appears to be the "you can help yourself" department. They would rather sit on their phones then help customers find what they are looking for. They do not pick up the phones typically and when youre put on hold, there's kindly ever 1 person jn the store. This place is NEVER busy. They are liars if they say otherwise.
Picked up a new battery for my GMC canyon they had 'the' battery called for.
Picked up some macguires detailing stuff. Comparable to Walmart and for me 8 miles closer.
Service was fast and friendly.
O really...... you don't say...... my seat keeps breaking the bolts out of the floor board and my drivers ball joint I keep buying cant hold me weight.
Go to one of the other O'Reilly's absolutely terrible customer service. Ladies that don't know what they're talking about get offended . When you ask to talk to someone that is more informed on what you're looking for.
Staff is always so helpful and always have the parts i need. If they don't its usually not to long of a wait or they tell you which one of their store has the part in stocks.
I love the techs/cashiers, they are ALWAYS so helpful & knowledgeable. Went to Auto Zone last week & was totally given the wrong part. O'Reilly's is where i will forever get my auto needs taken care of
Went for some last minute part my husband needed while working on our car. Door was lock 5 minutes til 9 ( closing time). Stood around looking for employees and some emerged from the back and I knocked, 3 minutes til 9. The girl was coming to the door. I turned to see what not, and suddenly they were gone. 😔 Now, I will have to wait, hopefully they have the part and I won't have to order it, and wait some more....
Always the best place to get your auto parts. Fair prices, friendly and knowledgeable staff and having to bring anything back because it’s wrong is rare.
The only autoparts store i will use!!! The one in sevenpoints. Great staff and a few of them are funny! They dont have what i want they get it 95% of the time the next day
The group of employees working there the past few weeks I’ve been going have been some of the best parts people I’ve had the pleasure of working with, always very helpful and do everything to make sure you get what you need. Had some issues with a part being shipped but they made it right and still got my part in a timely manner. Keep up the good work.
I own a 2005 Harley chopper I went in there and Tanner went above and beyond to help me fix brake light and any other time I've been in there he has been very helpful and polite. I would refer all my friends to Tanner for his knowledge and expertise. Tanner in my opinion is definitely manager material. Thanks Brian Chase.

Kevin was more than helpful I had a alternator issue and he did the transfer for the warranty with no problems even got the paperwork all done before I could even bring in the part.
Guy I spoke to today was a jerk. I had just towed car from Waxahachie, had it in the parking lot on the trailer. I asked about running a diagnostic, he said it only worked on check engine light. I Don't know if the light came on. I told him car won't start & what we had replaced. I asked him if he had any suggestions what to try next. He told me to go to a mechanic. If I had the money for a mechanic I wouldn't be at auto parts store talking to a jerk. Will not do any business at seven points store
