I want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Gun Barrel City Wrecker. At 9:30 tonight, in 12* weather, I put my two little mini dachshunds and my purse in the passenger seat of my car and walked around to the drivers door, only to discover the dogs had somehow locked the car doors.
I called GBC Wrecker, they were there within 5 minutes. He had to work really hard to get into my little Mercedes SUV, out in the freezing cold with my dogs barking like crazy lunatics every single second, which I guess at least kept them warm as the car was not running!
I so appreciated that he was there so quickly, esp tonight of all nights! And I didn’t get his name, but I sure do appreciate his help!

It’s not a fun experience getting towed but a constant reminder of how I shouldn’t have parked there for 20-25 minutes as you fill out paper work doesn’t help things. Customer service doesn’t usually top the list for a wrecker service but this was a new low for any business I’ve ever walked into.
Needed to use them to help get one of our trucks pulled out after getting stuck. The folks were genuinely nice and very prompt. Would highly recommend.

From the moment we made the call to your wrecker service, we were greeted with friendliness and kindness. The lady that answered was very efficient and very prompt. We had locked our are keys inside the truck at our Airbnb lake house in Trinidad. Craig came within an hour and was very fast and a great person to talk to. Even though I ended up canceling my service because by the grace of God my truck started. This wonderful company was going to tow my truck from Mabank to Tool for only $120 on New Years Eve! Shout out, if I ever need this service I will for sure call them!

My vehicle was towed less than a mile and I was charged $260.00. Absolute thievery! I've had my vehicle towed 30 miles for the same price. Please use ANYONE else.

Fast service, the tow driver was really nice, he just wanted to conversation with ya to much, I was ready to go but I didn't want to be rude, what should have taken maybe 10 minutes of paperwork took 30 minutes, other then that the service was excellent.
Really Good Customer Service! Had to have roadside service on a dead battery. The service professional came and provided top notch service. He gave our battery a jump start, tested out our battery. Provided us with information on the closest place to get a new battery. We went to O'Reilly auto parts. The Wrecker service personnel assisted us to change out the battery, and even cleaned our battery terminals for us. He was very polite and super helpful!
